I can’t say enough good things about Sergei and his team. Sergei delivers on every single one of those. What sets him apart is not just the quality of his work, which is consistently outstanding, but the entire experience of working with him. He is responsive, accountable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. No matter the size or complexity of the project, I always know I’m in good hands. In my business, reputation and presentation matter, and Sergei has helped me exceed my clients’ expectations time and time again. His craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to excellence are second to none. He has become my go-to contractor, and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality work and a stress-free experience. If you want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, shows up when they say they will, and consistently delivers exceptional results, Sergei is the person to call.

We recently built an ADU in Del Mar with Sergei as the general contractor. The design was complex and there were significant challenges with approvals with the city, but Sergei navigated this well and produced an excellent result. I have since recommended Enjoy BLD to a friend who is currently in the middle of construction and is also very happy overall.

Mark and Jennifer, thank you for your trust and for staying engaged every step of the way — it was genuinely one of the most interesting builds. The complexity made the final result that much more rewarding, and we're glad it showed. I appreciate the referral and will keep pushing to do our best work on every project

I had the pleasure of working with Sergei on a project in Del Mar. The clients hired me as their interior designer (Élan Design House) to work alongside Sergei for their ADU build on their property. He and his team were very professional and very communicative. Sergei always called or emailed confirmation of drawings or questions prior to trades people beginning their work to ensure all details were covered and understood to prevent mistakes. This is HUGE where some teams assume they understand the details and take initiative on their own without verifying. I've worked with a few contractors during my career and you can tell the teams who really stand out due to their attention to detail, strong communication and willingness to collaborate and execute the design well to achieve the end result...a beautiful home with very happy clients. I would be happy to work with Sergei and his team again.

It’s a different, but highly valuable kind of pleasure to receive a positive review from a professional — the standards and metrics are simply different. I truly appreciate it. Thank you, and best of luck — let’s keep creating great places.

Sergei and his team recently helped in a stressful situation with a renovated house. We had an unclear issue with part of the property, and Sergei and his team came out, investigated, quickly provided a plan of action, and immediately got to work resolving the problem. The work involved both demolition and rebuilding, and his team was excellent during the whole process. They were always on time, thorough, and very respectful of the home. Sergei regularly communicated different steps and kept us updated. If anything unexpected happened, he would communicate clearly with us. I am very grateful for the work done and the attitude from the company. Sergei gave us his word on the work and kept it. It was great to work with someone with those standards. The company also did the renovation of the property, and the changes they made to the original home greatly improved the house and living experience.

Enjoy Build is truly a top-tier choice! Sergie and his team recently helped one of my buyers who had just purchased a new home, and they turned what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth, stress-free experience. The peace of mind they provided was priceless. If you’re looking for a professional, high-quality, and detail-oriented team for your home renovation or improvement project, look no further. As a realtor, I’ve worked with many contractors, and I can confidently say Sergie stands out for his reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail, and consistently high-quality work. He communicates clearly, shows up on time, and ensures every part of the job is done right. His crew is respectful, organized, and keeps the site clean daily. They don’t cut corners—everything from demolition to finish work is done right, and the results are both beautiful and built to last. I’ll be recommending Enjoy Build to all my clients who want a trustworthy, skilled team that delivers real quality and long-term value.

I had an incredible experience working with Sergei. From start to finish, his crew and him were professional, reliable, and a true pleasure to work with. They showed up on time every single day, were always available to answer questions or provide updates, and completed the job faster than I expected — without ever compromising on quality. The results exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, workmanship, and overall outcome were truly top-notch. It's rare to find a contractor who delivers both speed and excellence, but Sergei managed both with ease. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, and genuinely cares about the work they do, I highly recommend Sergei. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

I recently worked with Sergei from Fort MG / Enjoy Build, he is a talented designer, contractor, and builder, he designed a casita (ADU) for our property, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was incredibly professional, obtaining permits in record time. The quality and speed of his work is outstanding, and his pricing is very fair. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Sergei to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Enjoy Build did a garage conversion for me. I had a 3 plex that had a lot of garage space, and I leveraged Serge's team to convert it into a gorgeous 1200 Sq ft. apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The quality of the construction, the clarity of their communication, resolution of multiple roadblocks, and managing to budget were all outstanding. I'm already a repeat customer with another renovation I am doing.

They helped us design and rebuild the entire second floor, as well as the installation of new flooring on the entire house. Also, they redesigned the stairs, and transformed the look of the interior, making it more modern and contemporary. We love the new upgrades. They have great customer service. We called them a year after the remodel for a minor revision on one minor issue and they right away sent somebody to evaluate and remediate the issue. Totally satisfied with their service.
