Thank you, Erica! We’re glad you were happy with the results and that our follow-up visits and calls made a difference. We want you to feel comfortable in your home and know you can reach us if you need anything.

Eric actually answered the phone himself before business hours.... unlike the other companies with AI answering. He came the same day and took care of my ant infestation in 1 visit. The other companies wanted to sell me an annual plan before even seeing the job. They were very thorough and made sure they took care of every possible entryway. I would only use them for any future needs.

Eric and his sons, particularly Devin, provide an excellent consultation and are very timely and responsive whenever I have questions. They also reach out to check in how things are going throughout the year. During every visit, they take the time to survey my entire property and instead of just offering me generic services, they detail a plan to move forward and also give me practical advice on how to naturally improve any areas of concern. I appreciate the fact that they are local experts and familiar with the issues that come up in different climates.

EM Pest Control Inc knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I'm unaware of the prices due to the fact that my landlord takes care of the bill. One thing I can say when I text for an appointment I get a quick response and a quick appointment. I highly recommend them.

I contacted EM Pest Control for a termite inspection for a home purchase on a Thursday, and the inspection was completed on Monday at 8am. They communicated clearly and promptly via tex. Eric was on time and conducted business in a very professional manner, even pointing things out that weren't necessary, which I appreciated. Price was very reasonable as well. I would recommend EM Pest Control to anyone who needs extermination.

We called EM Pest Control when we had a mouse problem in our apartment. Eric and Devin came the very next next day and did a thorough inspection to find the entry points and close them up. They were professional, timely and easy to communicate with. They explained whole situation, as well as explained the solutions they used to get rid of and them keep them out. They also offer follow-up appointments to make sure the issue is taken care of.
