The work was unprofessional. The woman who did the work in my home took the mats off the bathroom floor a put them in the cabinet in the vanity and left them there. Further, she left flies and roaches. She didn't sweep or any of the spaces. When the service was finished the office called and said I would need to pay $40 more, because I had a deep cleaning. eMaids of Atlanta charged my bank card without authorization. It was a very bad experience. I am very unhappy. 😭😭

Cleaner showed 30 mins late for a move out clean and I never got a heads up or even an apology. You’d think they’d discount me for making me wait for a scheduled appointment after I drove 45mins and still made it on time!! This could’ve been a 5 star but the first impression already had me expecting a bad cleaning. Then the cleaner proceeds to try to park in my grass after literally pulling into a spot she could’ve parked in. Luckily, I had no complaints about the cleaning itself. Would not recommend and wouldn’t use again.
