We paid more than $450 for a deep cleaning of our approximately 2,800-square-foot home and were extremely disappointed with the quality of service.
After the primary bedroom, bathroom, and living areas were completed, we found visible dirt, dust, dog and human hair, heavily dusty window sills, untouched door ledges, and floors that did not appear thoroughly vacuumed or cleaned. There were even clumps of dust left behind our freestanding bathtub.
We were also told they would not put clean sheets on our bed, despite their online deep-cleaning brochure listing fresh linen changes as an included service. Additionally, we were initially told they would not clean the exterior side of two easily accessible glass doors without an additional charge.
To their credit, one of the cleaners responded to our concerns and worked hard to improve the remainder of the service. However, a $450+ first-time deep clean should not require the homeowner to inspect completed rooms and point out obvious areas that were missed.
Unfortunately, the initial lack of attention to detail made the service feel rushed and not reflective of the premium price we paid.
We met our housecleaning expert this morning and made a great 1st impression. Linda was right on time. Linda got right to work & worked non-stop. She exceeded our expectations and then some. We are so thankful that Elite Maids House Cleaning matched Linda up with us. She is a gem. Professional, personable, follows directions, takes great care of our belongings & goes the extra mile to make everything "spic & span". What a relief to have Linda do such an AMAZING deep cleaning of our whole house.

I had a fantastic experience with Elite Maids. Scheduling was incredibly easy and they were able to fit me in very quickly. Dawn handled my deep clean and was absolutely awesome. She was detail-oriented, took the time to have me double-check her work, and was so friendly throughout the process. She was also wonderful with my dog, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
They do what I ask, they are friendly and I like them enough I have them coming back on a bi-weekly schedule. UPDATE: While I loved the cleaners, Marilyn and her husband who are a sweet couple, I am not happy with the company. I was frequently rescheduled, received conflicting information between the maids and the company and at one point felt lied to and lied about. I did not feel that Elite maids valued me as a customer nor did it appear they valued the people that work for them. While I freely admit I did not know the whole story, the point is, I should not have known there was a story and I certainty should not have been made to feel anything less than a valued customer who never canceled, rescheduled, missed a payment and was a reliable biweekly customer of 9 months. We have terminated our relationship with this company.

As you’re aware, Marilyn was experiencing personal family circumstances that affected her reliability and communication. We sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused. We offered to assign a replacement cleaning team, but understand that you chose to cancel service instead.
We value the relationships our clients build with their cleaners and encourage those connections whenever possible. When a cleaner is unable to meet our service and communication standards, we notify the client promptly and provide alternatives. All of our teams receive the same training and are expected to meet the same standards, and clients often find that they are very happy with their new assigned team.
While we value Marilyn and appreciate her contributions, we have temporarily ended her assignments with us until her circumstances allow her to return to the level of reliability our clients deserve.

We recently relocated to Scottsdale and hired Elite Maids for a deep cleaning and inside oven cleaning. We were thoroughly satisfied with the cleaning and have decided to continue with their monthly service.
