My two kids have been seeing Mr. Aaron for the past two months, and it has been an amazing experience. He is incredibly welcoming, approachable, and genuinely listens to all the kids’ concerns. His friendly demeanor makes it easy for my children to open up and feel comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support he provides!

Aaron Blevins has been absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive and listens to what I'm saying. I never feel rushed or like I don't have time to discuss things, like I have experienced at other offices. Any time I need to reach him, he has been avaliable and happily ready to assist me with any questions or concerns I have about anything. Hands down the best experience I have had with any office or provider! I would highly recommend him!!!

A doctor who truly listens
I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Aaron Blevins. I never expected to find a doctor so patient and attentive to every detail. His follow-up is excellent — he’s always on top of things and takes the time to explain and adjust whatever’s needed. Truly exceptional care, the kind you rarely come across.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this behavioral health office because I was trying to get my daughter’s medication taken care of, yet their main concern seemed to be collecting two $40 no-show fees.
I was transferred to billing, sat on hold for about 20 minutes, and was then told billing couldn’t even help me and that only the office manager could. After nearly 30 minutes of being transferred around because their own staff apparently didn’t know who handled the issue, I was understandably frustrated.
The office manager finally called me around 8 PM. She removed one fee, required me to pay the other $40 before moving forward, and then proceeded to lecture me about “respecting her staff.” I never disrespected anyone. Pointing out poor communication, unnecessary transfers, and a frustrating lack of concern for my daughter’s medication is not disrespect.
What is most disturbing is that this is a behavioral health clinic caring for children, yet there seemed to be more urgency over a $40 fee than making sure my child had access to her medication. I still never received the return call from the doctor that I was waiting for.
The lack of professionalism, communication, compassion, and accountability was shocking. If this is how they handle a parent simply advocating for their child, I would seriously think twice before trusting them with your child’s behavioral health care.

If you're in need of an excellent therapist definitely ask for Meredith! She is beyond amazing. I recently loss my Son she makes it easy to talk to her and makes you feel better about yourself and your reality. She is non judgmental and makes you feel comfortable.

My experience with Ms. Octavia has been absolutely amazing! Honestly, not to be dramatic, but she has truly changed my life for the better and gave me that push I needed to start changing my life. The difference between where I was last year and where I am now is huge, and I genuinely have her support and guidance to thank for a lot of that progress.
This isn’t my first psychiatric experience, but it has definitely been my best. I’ve felt the most supported, understood, and encouraged, and I’ve seen more progress than I ever have before. I’m so grateful to have found someone who genuinely cares about my growth and well-being. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with her! ❤️

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Elite DNA. Between my psychiatric evaluation and therapy intake, I spent close to $500 in one week, and I genuinely don’t feel the quality of care reflected that cost.
During my psychiatric evaluation with Jinelle Alce, I explained that I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder as a teenager, but that diagnosis was later changed to PTSD in adulthood. I’m also very sensitive to medications and have experienced significant side effects from medications in the past, so I was uncomfortable being prescribed Latuda while I felt the focus was still on a diagnosis that I do not believe accurately reflects my current condition. At one point, while discussing what I was looking for from treatment, I was even told, “We don’t do that here,” before she reworded herself. I left feeling like my concerns and history weren’t being fully heard.
I was also disappointed with my therapy intake. I specifically chose a therapist who stated that she specializes in C-PTSD, yet I was told it would take around three appointments to determine what specialized care I needed. My main direction until the next appointment was to identify three things I use to calm myself down. I expected a more individualized, trauma-informed approach from someone advertising a specialization in complex trauma.
I understand meaningful treatment takes time, but there’s a difference between expecting immediate results and expecting to see evidence of the specialized care being advertised. For nearly $500 for two evaluations in one week, I expected more thorough and individualized care. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I paid a premium price for very basic, generalized care and did not have enough confidence in the treatment process to continue.

STAY AWAY!!!
Actually deserves no stars if not, Negative stars. First, they are the slowest, rudest, most incompetent people you will ever come across, which is completely unacceptable for physicians office. Secondly, they send you 9600 texts and emails every single week, inclusive of emails asking you to fill out first time registration and 100 other things after you’ve been there already. Thirdly, they want you to fill out new registration forms for an hour before every single appointment. Period.

I started service here for my children and let me just say Mrs. Heather, the therapist is simply Amazing! she does a great job with my school age kids. I would recommend her to anyone! Mrs. Maryanne the Psychiatrist is also amazing! They both listen, observe and include you in everything involving your children. Years of searching and I'm vary satisfied.

I’m so grateful I found Octavia Guice for medication management. She is kind, attentive, compassionate, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand my needs. She is also very accommodating, which has made the treatment process much easier and more comfortable.
I appreciate how she treats both me and my daughter with care and respect. It’s reassuring to have a provider who is responsive, thoughtful, and truly invested in her patients. I highly recommend Octavia to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and easy to work with.
