Elite DNA scheduled us promptly and offers convenient times. Victoria Fallon was a great therapist for my 6 yr old. I was impressed at how well the sessions went and how kind and personable she was. It can be hard to find the right fit for a child and I felt as though she had the right energy and charisma to connect with him despite meeting over a screen.. thank you Ms. Fallon!

Very unprofessional office staff Espically the MA the spanish lady who barely speaks English hung up phone on me because she couldn't control her anger like an adult will never go back here again because of that lady lost me and my family's business
I wish I could give a 0 because their system hangs up on people while in que to have the virtual visit, I called the office 5 times left voicemail and also requested refill, in the process of it , they are billing me for THEIR FAULTY SYSTEM!!! This is robbery and absurd considering I only have depression, but there are people who can not function and this can ruin them , the Maitland office is very Un professional and Un caring, I would not recommend this particular office to anyone

I called Elite DNA to schedule my very first appointment with them. Something that already takes courage when you're seeking mental health support. Before I could even get to the basics about who I am, who I'd like to see and the services they could offer me, the receptionist told me that now she would ask me some personal questions.... okay I thought.
Some of the questions were definitely personal: "Have you ever been on pain managment? Are you in the DCF program? and more....None that particularly bothered me, but I did find them strange. Then she asked if I was a felon. I was in disbelief! What is a receptionist doing asking me this? I told her yes... I am and she rudlely replied that "we only do telehealth appointments for felons".
I was caught completely off guard. This was not an intake form, not a clinical screening, not a conversation with a doctor or staff coordinator — this was a receptionist scheduling an appointment with a new patient. I had never head of this happening before. I think it's quite horrible for a "mental health service provider" to refuse care and limit access to some of the most vulnerable populations
I answered her questions honestly, because that's who I am. And without any compassion, explanation, or sensitivity, she told me I could only be seen via video appointments. No acknowledgment of how personal that question was. No empathy for what it might feel like to be asked something like that out of nowhere. Just a cold policy delivered by someone who clearly had no training in how to handle such a sensitive subject.
I am a person in active healing. I reached out to a behavioral health clinic because I am trying to take care of myself — and instead I left that phone call feeling like a criminal, like a threat, like less than human. A receptionist should never be the person asking about someone's criminal history, especially at a mental health facility where patients are already in a vulnerable place. That is a profound failure in patient care, staff training, and basic human decency.
My past does not define me. I deserve to be treated with dignity from the very first point of contact. I will be seeking care elsewhere, and I hope this review reaches others who have been incarcerated or discrimated against that are looking for facilities who don't discriminate against their patients.
I was a person with a diagnosed mental health disability seeking care at a behavioral health clinic — and I was immediately restricted to a lesser tier of access based on my criminal history (from 7 years ago), with no clinical reasoning whatsoever, BY A RECEPTIONIST who had no business making that call.
If you've experienced this situation I suggest you file a complaint with HHS Office for Civil Rights.

very pleased with elite and how fast they got us in and taken care of. mental health services are not easy to navigate or very easy to be seen. i am more then impressed with how fast they are here. i also love the doctor.
I was literally asked the same questions from a test. I took on a website the night before my appointment. The person I saw had no emotion whatsoever not once did they smile, not once did they seem like they were there to help, but I know they were but have some emotion when you’re talking to people. Those questions are extremely vague and they need to be revamped so somebody in Psychiatric industry needs to revamp those questions because they’re too vague and trying to talk to somebody for 10 minutes and then everybody’s pushing for a diagnosis you don’t get that in 10 minutes. You ask a question it’s a yes or no there’s no context behind it and then suddenly you are misdiagnosed and this has been happening for 20 years. So, I am done. I’m going back to my YouTube therapy. I felt like I was wasted an hour and $30 out of my life that I will never get back
Elite has very good counseling services. Counselor Nicole Bogue has really helped me! She very kind and patient, and professional at what she does. I am very pleased with her services. Thanks Nicole!!!

My last appointment was canceled and I never heard from my therapist again. She would also eat lunch during our appointments. I find that unprofessional and/or that they are overworked. I will try again.

I've been seeing Mandy Anderson & Ann Marie Bowring for over year and I am very impressed with both of them. Mandy is vibrant & easy to engage with, she really takes her time to make you feel like shes someone you can confide in.
Ann Marie listens & doesn't judge. She expores every option, not just the first and really takes the time to make sure you are fully comfortable with her.

Heading bicycle has given me the opportunity to be able to travel without having to return home for meds and to see doctors in person and she’s only a phone call away. The people are courteous. They seem to understand your questions even before you ask them anyone that finds themselves in a position like me. This would be a perfect fit convenient easy and you can do it anywhere.

This was one of the most discouraging healthcare experiences I’ve had. It takes a lot to open up about PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, and instead of receiving support, I felt dismissed and unheard.
I was told my life is “pretty normal,” which completely minimized everything I am dealing with. I was given medication that only made me sleep and didn’t help me function or improve my daily life. I was also told I needed to see a therapist within the practice, but no one ever followed up or scheduled anything.
What made this even more concerning is that my daughter also saw this provider and had a very upsetting experience. She left in tears and did not feel safe or supported, which should never happen in a mental health setting.
Experiences like this are the reason people are afraid to seek help. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I have since switched providers, but I would not recommend this one to anyone looking for understanding or proper care.

Eight months and I’m still on a waiting list for marriage counseling. What good is a system like this when people can reach a breaking point long before they ever receive help? It’s extremely disappointing and concerning to see such little urgency when it comes to mental health care.
What made this even more frustrating was receiving a phone call two weeks ago simply informing me that I’m still on the waiting list. After eight months, I would expect more effort toward actually helping people rather than just checking a box.
Mental health and relationships are serious matters, and people seek counseling because they genuinely need support. Sadly, this experience has made me feel like patients are just numbers instead of human beings in need of care. 😔😔😔😔

I have been a patient at this office since late
2022- early 2023 and i couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. Front desk staff has always been very dismissive, taking personal calls while patients are in the lobby, keeping their vapes on the front counter and more. The cherry on top? I had an appointment scheduled for less than 24 hours from now but hadn't received any confirmation messages so i called the office, as soon as i said my providers name she replied with "Oh yeah that providers not with us anymore that would be why you didn't receive a confirmation message" like it was casual conversation. First every signal patient should be notified when the person they have been talking to about person details will no longer be able to provide for them. Second that is not just an oh yeah by the way situation they run a behavioral health office had i been in crisis this would've been detrimental to my mental health.
