Do not go here! $280 to take a test, tell me I'm severely depressed, prescribe a drug, and send me out the door. 2nd visit $175 I told her I have a potentially life threatening issue. She said she would send me links, upped my dosage, and sent me on my way. I was only seen for less than 15 minutes each visit and It was a nurse practitioner not even a licensed psychiatrist. What a waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever...The doctor put me on these psych meds, never discussed my blood work and then the meds sent me to the hospital. I called all day to get ahold of someone to help me and its been 2 days with no answers from anyone and no help on how to get off the psych meds. I would not recommend this specific office to anyone that needs mental help...Please trust me, and now Im having to cut these pills in half myself to get off them...So dangerous and I will be talking to a lawyer!

I'm happy to have Nicole Bogue as my therapist. She's patient, caring and very professional. I like the fact that she actually listens to everything you have to say and doesn't dismiss your feelings. It means a lot to have somebody on your side actually helping you. So I 100% recommend her.

I liked my psychiatrist, but I kept having issue with the billing/payment department. I decided to quit going because it’s gets annoying when every time I have an appointment, they tell me that my payment hasn’t been paid yet and I have to call the billing department every time. I have the receipts and proof that I paid for it each time too. It’s just annoying and tedious that I have to call almost every single time because they “didn’t receive a payment for my last visit”.

The only reason for 3 stars instead of one is because the therapist is amazing. She's caring and really great. That being said, the receptionist is rude and should not be talking to anyone, nevermind someone who is calling a mental health facility. Update to 2 stars. You replied to my review asking me to call a fax number. I hope this reaches out to the right people and new patients understand this is what their future looks like here.

Very disappointing experience with Elite DNA Behavioral Health in Stuart. I have a psychological condition that makes using a cell phone extremely difficult for me. The clinic was aware of this, yet they insisted that I use their phone-based check-in system. I drove 45 minutes each way to get help, only to find that their own check-in procedure became a barrier to receiving that help. As a result, I ultimately decided not to continue with their psychological services. It is especially disappointing when a mental health provider cannot offer a reasonable alternative to a process that is itself problematic for the patient. For a mental health clinic, I expected better.

Jamie is absolutely a wonderful therapist and I'm so glad to have known her, though we didn't get a proper goodbye due to insurance issues, I had a wonderful year with this office. The office is incredible cleanly and the front desk workers are incredibly kind as well. Jamie is wonderful at what she does, I highly recommend this office for any youth and young adults out there.

This location does not answer phone calls or return voicemail. It's unfortunate that I didn't realize I should have been calling the other location as now I've been without my medication for a week now. Very disappointing. Im lucky to have realized there are 2 different locations to call.

This is probably the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve gotten referred too. Getting a referral to a new doctor asap! Good luck actually being able to see the doctor in person. It’s just my opinion but I think it’s unprofessional to talk/see your doctor over a phone, they wouldn’t offer me any in person appointments. But if that’s how they want to be that’s okay thank goodness for multiple doctors. And different options to choose from. This doctor clearly wasn’t for me.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS!! the actual therapist does. corporate does not. Every time I try to meet my provider, I have register online it takes roughly 10-15minutes. I have an ongoing RESOLVED billing issue, and I cannot get my therapy because their system still says it is not resolved and NO ONE is capable of fixing they system and they just pass the buck!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I hope they get sanctioned or something maybe that will motive them to care about me. You can't even reach someone at corporate for help.

Most rude gaslighting receptionists ive ever spoken with. Would never schedule an in office visit so thats a lie. I never make in person appointments for myself or my kids. You kept telling me I was yelling when I was speaking in my normal voice. Do not gaslight your patients. You are the reason im calling 911. I was already on edge. You pushed me over. Thanks for the push. Edit: just spoke to the Brandon office who oroginally made the appoitnements and confirmed both appointments were made for virtual- so your staff lied just to keep from having to do their jobs. Pathetic.

I can Not express just how Truly grateful that I am to Elite DNA, from my very 1st appt,with Tammy Bowdle, I was impressed. After telehealth with Michael Petrosky therapist, he is patient, interesting & funny. EVEN The Staff is awesome.Ms.Tammy she is STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS in such a Natural way, true beauty comes from within & radiates outward, proven with her, she takes the time to HEAR what you are sharing, she is SUPER SMART, kind, is without judgment, shows support & validation for my feelings, & makes you feel safe to share. I tend to keep my feelings & emotions quiet, portraying im fine, all is good. I dont want to be a burden on, cause issues, so i keep things inside, suffer & just push through. As i said she is Super SMART, is able to see straight through it & she makes you feel that it is safe to open up. I am so appreciative of Elite DNA, they really are a fabulous health care provider, especially in Mental health. My 1 previous experience in reaching out to Mental health provider, effected me IN A WAY, TO DARE NOT REACH OUT AGAIN, FOR OVER 20 YEARS. Such an enormous difference when you have a provider that is smart!
