Great communication in lead up to the weekend of taking the prize trip. Everything was perfectly organised, from the travel arrangements to the hotel, and it all went incredibly smoothly without a hitch. The hotel and our room were lovely, and the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, luxurious, and such a real treat.
Because everything was so well planned, we were able to make the most of our time and enjoy some fantastic experiences, including a visit to the Natural History Museum and a trip to see a show, Beetlejuice. It made for a truly memorable weekend.
Thank you to Element again for all the thought, effort and care that went into organising it. We had an absolutely fabulous time and really appreciated every detail.
After winning the Voxi Mobile Leeds festival comp, Element took over with providing the prize and booking all the required stages, weekend access tickets, vip boutique camping, travel to the site (train and bus) and spending money all weekend. Claudia Gonzalez was our coordinator sorting all the arrangements, she was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Claudia made the whole weekend seamless, everything was taken off our hand so we could just enjoy the weekend and not have to worry about a thing. Can’t thank Element enough for providing such an amazing prize or Claudia for making us feel so looked after!

I honestly cannot recommend this experience enough! From the very beginning, everything was so well organised and Zoe was absolutely lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated all the communication and support. Everything was incredible: the trip, the organisation, the concert and all the memories I made along the way. It was truly one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences that I will never forget. I recently won a prize draw - a glamping stay on a farm for a family of 4 in Bedford. A lady called Liv sorted out all the arrangements for us so we were aware of everything to expect and kept in regular contact with me. Liv went over and beyond our expectations and nothing was too much for her. She had a very friendly but professional attitude and she is an asset to Element.

I won a signed football jersey from a competition that Vodafone were running, and that Element were handling. Claudia was quick to let me know about my prize and kept me up to date with shipping etc. They didn't actually have the option of prize that was advertised, and that I was expecting. Long story but somehow, Claudia managed to get me a substitute signed jersey. It was even better than the one advertised in the competition, and it came framed along with a certificate of authenticity, which I don't think was even an option in the competition! Hats off to Claudia and Element! I'm over the moon. Thanks you Claudia for everything!
