Claudia was fantastic. I had won a prize and Claudia was so efficient, she organised everything for me and was quick to respond with any queries I had. Part of my prize was a trip to The Cotswolds and because of Claudia I had such an amazing experience. Thank you!! 😊😊

I recently won a competition with Vodafone VeryMe Rewards, and the delivery was managed by Element. I am absolutely blown away by their incredibly fast and professional service.
I won the prize early on Thursday morning and received an immediate response later that day. Everything was processed so quickly that by Sunday morning, the entire delivery was already complete and at my home.
The communication was top-notch, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. Big thanks to Claudia for her amazing and efficient help! Highly recommended!

I won a fantastic prize of a pair of poleroid sunglasses which have been incredibly useful when I've been travelling and I just want to say thank you to Samantha for her stellar support! ❤️
I was lucky to win a prize through work. A massive thank you to Samantha L who arrange my prize to be delivered to me. From start to finish Sam was friendly helpful and informative. Kept me updated and was a pleasure to deal with. Amazing service 5*
I won a prize as and picked a hamper to be delivered to my home address.
The communication was great, I had the chance to pick a prize from a few different options which was a nice touch.
I am advised which prize I wanted and it was ordered the same day and came the next day to my home.
Sam was super friendly and helpful .
Would like to thank Siobhan Breakingbury for all her help in organizing a trip to Edinburgh. We had great time and all her planning made our trip worthwhile.

Hi Justine, thank you very much for your review. I'm so pleased you had such a wonderful time! It was a pleasure to arrange your trip for you! Thanks, Holly
Having won a 2 night trip to Iceland, I was delighted to be contacted by Siobhan who organised everything for us, only requiring our details and preferred dates for travel. When it came to trip time, everything was handled perfectly. Bookings were all accurate and flowed well, and communication was excellent. At no point did I feel like anything could go wrong, and it didn't.
On behalf of myself and my now fiancée (who said yes under a spectacular northern lights show) a huge thanks to Siobhan and Element for giving us an unforgettable adventure.
