Ich habe eine Reise ins Disneyland Paris gewonnen. Meine Reise wurde sehr genau und immer mit Rückversicherung bei mir, ob etwas geändert oder angepasst werden soll, geplant. Meine Reisemanagerin Zoe Fitzgerald war super erreichbar und antwortete immer sehr zügig, sie war sehr sehr freundlich und ist auf alle meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen und konnte mir jede zusätzliche Frage, die ich hatte, beantworten. Außerdem hat sie auch nach Planung noch Anpassungen für mich durchgeführt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Wir durften dadurch eine wunderbare Reise erleben, die problemlos verlief, alles hat genauso geklappt, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Vielen lieben Dank :)

Ich habe bei einem Gewinnspiel von M&M‘s eine Reise ins Disneyland Paris gewonnen und die liebe Laura von Element hat die Organisation übernommen. Es war alles bis ins kleinste Detail sehr gut geplant und organisiert. Die Flüge und der Taxiservice haben perfekt funktioniert, das Hotel war empfehlenswert ( tolles Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal) und Disneyland natürlich auch. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt, nicht zuletzt durch die gute Planung, sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank nochmal! Definitiv 5 Sterne ⭐️

We have just returned from an unforgettable prize trip to Mexico organised by Siobhán Breakingbury from Element. We cannot thank her enough! Everything that she organised from the flights, transfers and reservations ran so smoothly, everything was just perfect. We travelled in complete confidence knowing that should we need to liase with Siobhán she would always respond promptly as she had done prior to our trip. A truly professional and efficient organiser who set everything out for us clearly so that we went away completely relaxed in knowing everything had been organised to perfection. Me and my partner had an absolutely fantastic experience with Element after winning an European holiday/festival competition through Vodafone. Siobhan was in constant communication with myself over every step relating to our holiday, from initial planning to the end of the experience.
