Scam and ridiculous
This company ridiculous and scam, don't use it . They just want money so please avoid this company. When they done a Test they said good, Passed and can get certificates in 1 or 2 days. But after that they send us UNSATISFACTORY certificate, want charge me £249 to fix it. Please avoid it.

Shady business
They changed appointment on the same day to the following Thursday. Said fine. Engineer came round and told me only the two sockets need sorting to pass. Then report came and suddenly had a £1000 bill (approx) to replace all this stuff. They made out only they could come and check again to check fixes had been completed. Finally I don’t expect the engineer to come in and pass wind in the property. Shady company. Told them not to contact me (I was on holiday) yet they started calling me each day. Looking behind the scenes my advice is to dig deeper into their reviews and you’ll find some interesting rabbit holes.

Booked an appointment and was given a time slot. After nobody showed up, I called and was informed that the engineer was delayed by 1h. The engineer arrived a few min past that hour. I wasn't informed at the time but the engineer was delayed due to a gas leak at the previous property. I rated 4 because the customer service reached back and apologised for the inconvenience and have confirmed that they will make sure to inform every customer if there's a delay in the services. I received the reports on time after that. The customer service is really good and even if I have a delay they were very apologetic.

Engineer had a postive attitude. They were on time and the work was completed on time They completed the work efficiently and at a very competitive rate. I highly recommend them for any electrical and safety certificate work—great service at a great price!

TL;DR Prompt service, reasonable price.
I had to get my EPC, Gas Safety and EICR certificates done for my property and time was of the essense!
I made the booking online (only two working days in advance) and shortly after recieved a call to confirm the details.
As was suggested I recieved the Gas and EPC certificates within 48 hours of the job taking place but the eletricals in the flat needed some work to bring it up to satifactory level.
Upon recieve the eletrical certificate I spoke to one of the team via WhatsApp and booked the work to remedy the electrical issues to bring it up to Satifactory level, this was for the following Tuesday.
All in all it the turnaround, including the work that needed to be done and that satisfactory certificate was about a week, really pleased, thank you!
