Shady business
They changed appointment on the same day to the following Thursday. Said fine. Engineer came round and told me only the two sockets need sorting to pass. Then report came and suddenly had a £1000 bill (approx) to replace all this stuff. They made out only they could come and check again to check fixes had been completed. Finally I don’t expect the engineer to come in and pass wind in the property. Shady company. Told them not to contact me (I was on holiday) yet they started calling me each day. Looking behind the scenes my advice is to dig deeper into their reviews and you’ll find some interesting rabbit holes.
