Ecco energy number one in solar I have just had a solar system installed by Ecco energy and have been basically off grid regarding power and also charging two evs amazing so firstly Phil arrived at my property and expertly explained what I would need next the panels arrived then the roof guys fitted them on a Saturday I mite add then the electricians fitted the kit and got me up and running nearly two weeks have passed we have used 2 units of grid power the rest from the sky I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough and also the girls in the office who organised everything totally top notch and we are totally delighted thanks Ecco energy

Absolutely delighted with the service from EECO Energy from start to finish. A special mention to Simon Trainor, our client liaison, who was first class throughout. He was extremely responsive, explained everything clearly and continues to quickly answer any questions we have. From confirming the system, the full installation was completed within two weeks, which was brilliant. The roofing team and electricians arrived when they said they would and made sure everything was installed neatly and discreet. We shopped around beforehand and EECO also offered the best price for the system we wanted. The solar and battery combination has been brilliant. We're now at the point where, even on an overcast day, the house is basically running for free from the solar and stored battery power. Great price, professional installation and, most importantly, excellent service before and after the job. Would happily recommend EECO Energy.

Had a system installed in 2023, great experience at the time but aftercare has been non existent. Have been given a formal advisory from NIE regarding the install, stating that it will block any future smart meters being installed. Notified eeco energy in March but still waiting on anything being done. My Eddi water heater now has also developed a fault and is using grid power to heat the water. Have been on with myenergi trying to fix the issue for months but they are unable to fix remotely. Rang eeco energy a few days ago for advice and to see if they could get it inspected prior to warranty ending, but still waiting on a call back.

Just had 11.7kw of Panels with a 16kw battery installed by Eeco Energy. It's been a great experience. Simon took the time to call out and spent almost 3 hours explaining not only the process, but the benefits of what he felt was the right amount of kit for our needs, which was to be as close to off grid as possible. The Solar panels (26) went up without any issues last Tuesday and on Thursday the electricians came and installed the battery, inverter and Iboost for the hot water. All the installers were friendly and courteous doing a swift and efficient install and keeping me informed of what they were doing throughout the day. When it first went live, and for a brief period, the app showed a solar generation of 11,500watts from an 11,700 watt array! In the 3 days since, we have drawn virtually no electric from the grid, but sold energy back ( although waiting for our G99 application for electricity buyback to complete). We have our house running on solar, the battery fully charged by midday, and the hot water tank full after a few hours. At night, the battery has been powering the whole house, and we have seen 39% to 40% battery remaining in the morning as solar kicks in and starts the process over again. So far very happy and excited to see how it performs over an extended period, but I have every confidence in the install. Simon has been very quick to respond to queries afterwards as well. Highly recommended.

A must for any home The best thing I have bought for my house so far. An easy decision, highly recommend anyone building or renovating or anything else to strongly consider investing in solar panels. I have just had a PV system installed with 16 panels and a 16 kW battery by EECO. The whole process from getting a quote and a site survey done, through to installation and commissioning was seamless. The sales lead Gerry was very professional and produced a detailed system design and quote. Gerry did not try and up sell any equipment, as I am an engineer, this was appreciated. The design was exactly what we needed for our household energy consumption. The process from order through to installation was only a couple of weeks. The roofing guys that installed the panels and the electricians who installed the battery and inverter were very competent and did a very tidy job. Messina in admin also very helpful with some queries I had throughout the process. I did get quotes from other installers and EECO were the best value like for like. Overall, I am very pleased that I selected EECO to install my system. I would recommend them to anyone.

We decided to get solar a few months back and did a lot of research regarding the best set up for our needs. We had several local companies provide quotes and proposals and decided to go with EECO for a number of reasons; Product warranties were better than others on the inverter and battery. Prices were very competitive. There was no high pressure sales tactics used and we felt in control through the whole process. Finally, Gerry who provided our proposal and quote was a gentleman. The after sales service is amazing. They regularly contact us to make sure we are satisfied. Already we are saving massive amounts even with an electric vehicle being topped up for free every day

Absolutely no after sales service First off all Two fitting appointments were cancelled but I tolerated that and I agreed a Third date for fitting panels which went ahead and the Electric fitting was completed the following week. Fitting teams were clean and helpful However ive had a few simple issues that have developed and remain unresolved. Emails and phone calls go unanswered which is frustrating and disappointing. I finally make contact with the sales person who also promised a return call and answers to my questions but that did not materialise either ! So for that reasion I cannot recommend this company.

EECO installed a full solar PV install including battery storage for me recently in Bangor/Ards area. Stuart was great in answering my questions and discussing options before I signed up, he promised me installation within 10 days. The roof guys came earlier than promised after checking that worked for me, fast friendly tidy and efficient in no time the panels were up The electrical guys friendly and efficient talked me though the install and the app, and everything. Messina and all the office people were also patient friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how positive this process was in terms of customer service. And obviously the solar panels and battery are great, even with our weather I have been electrically self supporting since installation. I would definitely recommend the company and the team.

Would not recommend EECO. Several quality issues with original PV panel roofing installation followed by prolonged fault issues with Duracell EV charger. Charger eventually replaced with myenergi Zappi but now incompatible with Duracell core system app. Subsequent faults and issues with charger/eddi settings along with incompatible myenergi eddi water heating system with Duracell app. Still awaiting response from EECO who seem to have given up their duty of care and after sales support by not answered my calls, emails or txt messages (not sure if they are still in business?). Very disappointed. The company was recommended to me 12 months ago and the system offered on paper seemed to be value for money - but unfortunately now I know why.

We called EECO after they installed solar panels on a relative's house. They were impressed and recommended them to us. From the initial contact and estimated costing to the site survey and electrical connection I was extremely impressed. At every stage I felt listened to and every attempt was made to ensure I understood all aspects of the job. The team who installed the panels were very tidy and polite and worked very quickly. The electrical team were also amazing and tidied up after themselves. They made some good suggestions which made the work much more inconspicuous and tidy. After a few days using the system I'm impressed with the app used to monitor the system and the overall installation. I highly recommend this team if you are considering solar.
