Garrett and Carl were amazing! After a year and half with other commercial agents doing nothing for us, we were at our wits end trying to find a new lease tenant for our downtown Cambridge commercial unit. Garrett and Carl were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They were professional and understanding and found us a good tenant in almost no time. They went above and beyond every step of the way. I cannot say enough about our experience with them. 10 out of 10, I would recommend them for sure! Carl also sold my parents house in Belwood years ago and they had a wonderful experience as well.
