Both Beth and Steve were a fantastic help and made the process much easier and less stressful than it may have otherwise been, especially as a first time buyer. My partner came across The Mortgage Company above Robert Ellis in Beeston, which happened to be a great coincidence for us. We were helped through the mortgage process with ease by James Roberts, who made getting a mortgage offer the easiest part of the house buying processing. I was recommended by my work colleague to do business with them as they were very pleased with their service. I must say I am too. I was dealing with James Roberts mostly and he was very nice and professional. From the start, he was keeping me abreast of all the developments and gave me ample advice on matters beyond mortgage but generally the house buying. Near the end of my completion, my case had some complications and James dealt with it professionally and really by my side.
