☹ Toilet issues disturbed our sleep. There are no stunning sea views as listed from this property only garbage bins and concrete buildings. It’s a residential block and other tenants we met in dark corridors are unwelcoming. The garden advertised is not useable as no seating . It’s noisy as on a busy road. Left early but no compensation given. Very expensive for what it is. Uncovered quilt. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Lots of flies in the property. Probably because of the bins. Stale smell. Patio door hard to open. Maintenance an issue here.

Hi Carol, we’re very sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations. We apologize for the issues you faced.
But I do consider your review (very) unfair to say the least, since the only issue reported was the toilet, which was fixed in 30mins by me, and you actually told me that you were going home early, but it had nothing to do with the apartment... and the next day we receive a request from you for a compensation for the days that you left early, using the toilet issue and the view as an explanation for leaving early (when you had told me it had nothing to do with the apartment).
