I recently brought my Audi in after experiencing an engine alert. The service team did an outstanding job handling a major repair. They replaced the water pump, thermostat, and all related components quickly and professionally. My service advisor kept me fully updated throughout the process, explaining exactly what parts were needed and why. Major engine work can be stressful, but their transparency and expertise gave me complete peace of mind. If you want a team that genuinely knows how to care for an Audi, this is the place to go.

I had my mini serviced. The communication from the staff was amazing. Wesley let me know what needed to be done and the cost. He told when it would be done and sent me a link to pay. The whole process was so easy. I will definitely go back for future services + I highly recommend.

Excellent experience with East Coast Euro Werks servicing my BMW X7. Drew was particularly impressive — clear communication throughout, polite, professional, and very easy to deal with. They completed my oil change efficiently and at a significantly lower cost than what I would have paid at the BMW dealership, without sacrificing the level of service or professionalism. I’ll definitely be using East Coast Euro Werks again for my BMW and would highly recommend Drew and the team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy European car specialist. To

I’ve worked with Nate at East Coast Eurowerks a couple of times now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences. Nate and the entire team are incredibly kind, honest, and professional. Their communication is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced—they keep you updated throughout the entire process and make sure you always know what’s going on. They’re very honest and fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that will treat you right and do things the right way!

I am Soooo happy I found them. They were referred to me from a very respected mechanic who suggested I take my Audi to ECEW when their main technician departed. Great service, fast, great communication and MUCH more reasonable than dealership prices!!! Definitely check them out 💯

As a new customer to East Coast Euro Works I felt they did a phenomenal job. I dropped off a high mileage 2.0tsi to have the timing chain checked along with a few other items. I knew dropping the car off there was a high potential for a relatively extensive repair beyond what I wanted to tackle. Wes communicated what they found and advised on the best way to proceed with the repair. I did not shop around as I felt there pricing was around what I was expecting and my experience had been good to that point. The service was prompt and I had the car back 4 days after approving the repair and that even includes a weekend. The day after picking up the car Drew reached out to follow up on the repairs and if I had any questions to give them a shout. Overall very satisfied with the service I received and will be going back for any future needs. Thanks!

Derek, thanks for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review! Wes and the team will be happy to hear this. With a higher-mileage 2.0 TSI, it's important to know exactly what you're dealing with and make the right decisions moving forward. I'm glad we could get everything taken care of in a timely manner and keep you informed along the way. Thanks for giving East Coast Euro Werks a shot. We look forward to working with you again whenever your car needs us!

HaD my first visit here and the experience was great. Came in to the shop with some major issues and Nat and Wesley moved quickly to resolve my issue with my old Mercedes E class that has about190,000 on it. They did testing twice to make sure they found all my problems then i formed me what needs to be done immediately to make Betsy run good. I got text msg and calls along the way. My first time visiting the shop it was extremely clean. I told my son to notice how clean it was. I would recommend Eurowerk to my friends and family.

Patricia, thank you trusting us with Betsy! Nate and Wesley will love hearing this. With a Mercedes that has 190,000 miles on it, thorough testing and good communication make all the difference. We’re happy Franz was able to help you sort through everything and get you pointed in the right direction. And thanks for noticing the shop, too! We take pride in keeping it clean! We look forward to seeing you and Betsy again whenever you need us!
