Really Happy With My Sylfirm X Results
I had Sylfirm X at EC Clinic London and was really impressed with the overall experience. As a woman in my 40s, I was mainly looking to improve my skin texture, pores and overall firmness without doing anything too drastic.
The consultation was reassuring, and everything was explained clearly before starting. My skin looked brighter and more refined afterwards, and over time I noticed a lovely improvement in the texture. The clinic itself feels very professional and luxurious, and I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I would definitely consider going back for another session.

I have attended EC clinic since February 2026 and was blown away by how attentive, great communication and sweet everyone is. I felt very comfortable and welcomed every single time. Shout out to Vivian, Kate, Zofia and I believe her name is Christine? And everyone else is very professional and friendly.
This clinic and the professionals here really set the bar high. I have not come across service so amazing in so long in London and I live here! it's no wonder they have so many great reviews.
The clinic is always so clean and immaculate with cute touches and they always offer you a drink, warm or cold depending on weather. Sweet people x
Exactly the result I wanted
I’d been thinking about lip filler for some time but was nervous about ending up with an unnatural result. I chose EC Aesthetic Clinic London because I wanted a subtle approach.
The consultation was really reassuring and I felt listened to throughout. I’m really happy with the result it’s subtle, balanced and still looks like me. I’m so glad I decided to go ahead.

Very pleased with the result
I had been considering lip fillers for a while but was nervous about looking overdone. After my consultation at EC Aesthetic Clinic in London, I felt very reassured. I wanted a natural result, and I was very happy with the finished look my lips have a little more definition whilst still looking like my lips.

The Confidence Boost I Needed
After noticing some loss of firmness and uneven texture in my skin, I booked a Morpheus8 treatment. I was slightly nervous beforehand, but the team made me feel completely at ease and talked me through every stage.
The results have been incredible. My skin feels tighter, smoother, and much more lifted. I have noticed improvements in areas that had started to bother me, and my makeup sits much better now. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with both the treatment experience and the way the subsequent complication was handled.
After undergoing an InMode treatment here, I developed very noticeable hyperpigmentation on both cheeks. From what I understand, pigmentation of this severity is relatively uncommon following InMode treatment. The clinic provided one IPL treatment specifically for the affected areas, but all subsequent treatments (including IPL and other treatments recommended by the clinic to address the pigmentation) were paid for entirely by me (the clinic offered slight discount for IPL treatment). I am willing to continue treatment because I was really worried about the hyperpigmentation, and the clinic emphasized it will be relieved after several treatments. However, it has now been approximately six months, and the pigmentation on both cheeks is still clearly visible. More disappointingly, the clinic did not follow up with me afterwards to check on my recovery.
I cannot independently determine whether the pigmentation resulted from the treatment technique, the settings used, or my individual reaction. However, the treatment outcome, combined with the limited aftercare and lack of continued follow-up, has left me with concerns about the clinic’s professionalism and approach to post-treatment complications.
The whole experience is dissatisfying, and potential clients may take these risks and the level of aftercare into consideration.

Came in for the Korean glass facial and left with the most hydrated, depuffed skin. The 3D skin scan consultation alone was worth it, incredibly detailed, flagged things I'd never noticed before. The treatment layers were impressive: vacuum pore cleanse, exosomes serum with a cold hammer, ultrasound, ice globes, lymphatic drainage, and red LED. The fact that they open a new serum bottle per client and send you home with it is such a nice touch. Will 100% be back!

On the day of my appointment, everyone was friendly and professional. The practitioner checked in with me throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Even though InMode isn’t the most relaxing treatment, it was much more manageable than I expected.
The clinic itself is very clean, well organised and has a really nice atmosphere. It doesn’t feel rushed at all, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about giving people a good experience rather than just getting through appointments.
It’s still early, but I’ve already noticed my skin feels tighter and my jawline looks more defined. I’m looking forward to seeing the full results over the next few weeks.
