Shane was friendly, approachable and he listened to our needs. Shane has a strong presence in our area, so when it became time to sell he was very high on our list of possible agents. I contacted his of office and the friendly staff arranged for Shane to meet with us. Shane came across as down to earth, friendly and was straightforward with what we could expect from the market and the sales process. Throughout the sales campaign we were kept informed, and Shane or one of his team spoke to us regularly. We sold in just over two weeks, which was great. The Donovan team did a great job and we would happily use them again

Easy to deal with and made the whole experience seamless. . I had a great experience working with the team. They were responsive, professional and easy to deal with. What I particularly valued was their strong knowledge of the local property market. Given the current market slump, Shane provided honest and realistic advice about what price I could reasonably expect to achieve for the property. I appreciated that they set clear expectations and helped me understand the market rather than simply telling he what I wanted to hear. Their communication was excellent and I felt that my questions and concerns were addressed. Their market knowledge and advice gave me confidence in the decisions I was making. I had the benefit of having purchased the property from them previously, which gave me added confidence based on that positive experience. I'd be wary of doing business with a company that either can't read or chooses to ignore clear signage. When your agents ignore a "No Junk Mail" sign, along with an additional notice stating that it includes real estate agents, it doesn't inspire confidence in the level of professionalism or attention to detail your company provides. A disappointing and unprofessional approach.
