Recently had a solar system and GoodWe battery installed, and the whole experience has been great.
A big thank you to Carl and his installation team for their professionalism and hard work throughout the installation. Carl was knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions, especially around how the system works and what to expect.
Special thanks also to Ken for being responsive and helpful with my questions and follow-ups, even after the installation. It’s reassuring to know there’s support available when needed.
Overall, a great experience with a friendly and helpful team. Would happily recommend DMG to anyone considering solar and battery storage!
A very tidy installation
Declan and the team arrived spot on 7am as indicated. They installed our solar battery in the garage and several hours later the site with an overjoyed customer (me) looking at a battery that was charging and already over 30% charged. A neat job with our garage much reduced in clutter with the old systems taken away and everything left spick and span. A big thankyou to the DMG Solar team.

We recently had a GoodWe 10 kW hybrid inverter, 24 kWh battery and 11 extra Trina panels installed by DMG Solar, and I can’t recommend Leon highly enough.
I got several quotes and did a lot of my own number-crunching, and Leon was patient and straight with me the whole way through. When I came back with my actual bills and questions about the REBS-to-DEBS changeover, export limits and VPP requirements, he gave clear, honest answers rather than a sales pitch. He was even happy to talk me through a smaller, cheaper option when that looked like it might suit us better.
What stood out was how well he tailored the system to our household. He took into account our new 12 kW air conditioner, our plan to get an EV in a couple of years and our existing east and west panels, and explained why west-facing panels and a 10 kW inverter made sense for our afternoon and evening usage. The result is a system that suits us now and leaves room to grow.
The pricing was competitive and clearly itemised, and Leon worked hard to get us the best deal, including essential-circuit blackout protection.
The installation team were punctual, cleaned up after themselves , tidy and walked me through the app and settings at handover.

Nothing was to much trouble for the team, they all had a can do attitude (incuding the sales team) which is a bit rare these days. 100% worth spending the money with DMG. Our place was a bit different, we had companies tell us our property was going to be too difficult and didn't even quote, others wanted to completely re-wire to the three buildings!! DMG said no issue at all, sent a proposal within a couple of days and completed the install inside a week of approval. The install of solar, re-wire existing solar & install new batteries and inverter was all completed in one day.

Installed 10kw panels and 24kw batteries in June 2026. The salesperson was helpful in getting things moving and the installation team had it all done in one day and cleaned up nicely. I was helped with the setup of the application on my phone for monitoring generation and load. We were pleased with the pricing and the professionalism of the Business representatives so we recommended the business to others.
