I was referred to the De La Garza group by friends and family relations before I even knew that I would have need of any representation, mine was a simple accident, in my mind, I expected no major problems, of any kind, in dealing with it. My attitude in life has always been to pick myself up and keep going. Don’t blame, don’t complain, just pick yourself up, and keep going. It has always worked for me, just keep going. That’s what I thought, and yet, I haven’t really picked myself up and kept going. The injuries I received have dragged me down, and held me back. Yes, I’m stubbornly trying to keep myself going, but I’m neglecting my care and recovery by trying to do it on my own. I neglected my responsibility to fully recognize my injuries and to fully seek the treatments that I needed and to keep a record of the cause and effect of those injuries. I did not recognize, and did not fully accept that I could not do it on my own. I did not know, nor accept, that I needed medical and legal guidance to be able to receive the treatment for my injuries that would provide the proper physical and emotional care that I needed. And having finally recognized that I had gone as far my care would take, and seeing all that I had lost, in my previous abilities, and the pain and suffering that I have gone through, I was fortunate that I was able to obtain the support of the De La Garza Law Group, to help me receive the proper physical care that needed. Not only did they help with the legal process of the claims but they insured that I received the proper medical care. After I had exhausted all efforts for physical recovery, they were able to guide me in the best possible legal claim for compensation for the losses caused by my accident.
