DK Construction, Inc. Reviews

We highly recommend DK Construction! We hired them to repair our fireplace, which was experiencing structural issues due to water damage from a fire that occurred more than 20 years ago. Unfortunately, it appears the damage was never properly addressed during the original reconstruction. DK Construction provided expert advice, clearly explained the issues, and delivered the knowledge and skills needed to properly address and fix the problem. Everyone involved was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were very impressed with the finished product and already have another project for them to tackle.

Fantastic experience in all respects! The level of professionalism, organization, and skilled craftsmanship was second to none. From the initial planning stages to their vendors and subcontractors to the day-to-day work to the final follow through, it's clear this a top-shelf company. They were on schedule and on estimate and always a pleasure to work with. While there wasn't a bad apple in the bunch, we really enjoyed the "extra mile" Grant and Brad were so happy to go for us. We'll definitely call DK first for our next project!

I have a stucco home and woodpeckers had pecked holes in numerous places very high in the peaks and on the chimney. Stucco repair requires special knowledge and expertise to properly repair. DK is the only company I would trust to do this specialty repair. Everything about this company is “top-notch” and I highly recommend them for your next project.

We used them for a large project. They leave things clean every day. They noticed problems and fixed them mostly before we noticed them. They dealt with complex installations of hardware that they previously hadn't installed and worked with the vendors to figure it out. Their workers are nice and explain anything you ask them about. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They are not the cheapest option, but after 3 major remodels with different builders, I can say you get what you pay for and these people deliver while not nickel-and-diming you every time an adjustment needs to be made.

DK Construction was contracted by my neighbors for a complete break down and rebuild of their deck (partially enclosed, composite decking, stone fireplace, sound system, etc.), the work they have done has been amazing. They are very skilled and have great workmanship. Additionally, I had a small issue with a refrigerator installation from Home Depot with the appliance not fitting in the cabinetry. I reached out to DK Construction since they were currently working across the street. They were so kind to come over that week at no charge and trimmed the cabinet for me so my appliance would fit. The adjustment to the cabinetry was on point and so well done it was not noticeable :-) . I would not hesitate to use them for any work/job needed (big or small).

I had a very small job in our kitchen that needed completion after another contractor just took our money and quit showing up. Most contractors are very busy and don’t want to or can’t take on small projects. All I needed was drawer fronts and hardware installed on 2 drawers and hardware installed on 2 cabinet doors. DK Construction was more than happy to take on this small project and Anthony did an excellent job and was a true professional. Working with Stacey was great and I highly recommend DK Construction for any small project you might need completing on your “honey do” list!

We have worked with the team at DK Construction on three major home projects over the last dozen or so years. Their work is beyond outstanding. They are meticulous, thorough and thoughtful. If an issue comes up, we can count on them to consider it carefully before proceeding, and communication is always good. There's a reason we keep going back to DK. In fact, we'll probably call on them for the next project, too. Thanks, DK!

We have known DK Construction and the family for over a decade. Though they may not be the least expensive in their field. I'm always a firm believer, you get what you pay for. DK Construction and it's entire staff are extremely professional and such a pleasure dealing with "Top Notch". While knowing the family well, we had the pleasure of having DK, Doug, and Tyler complete the remodel to our pole barn. The quality work is unbelievable and first class work. I definitely recommend having DK Construction for any projects. Thank you to Darin, Stacey, Eric, Doug, Tyler, Garland,Jonathan, Denny & their entire staff for such great work and professionalism. DK Construction just completed a master closet upgrade for our home. Their expert team converted an underused attic space into an elegant and functional expansion of our walk-in closet. Their custom cabinets and shelves provide the utility and organization that we had envisioned. If we require any future remodeling projects, we will most definitely be contacting DK Construction again.
