I don't want to move to Windows 11. I have a laptop with Win 10 Home S and wanted to upgrade to Win 10 Pro. This license key was exactly what I needed. Unreliable after initial support
The initial support was excellent when the first key I purchased didn’t work; they promptly replaced it with one that did. However, a few months later, after upgrading my CPU (which shouldn’t affect an OEM license tied to the motherboard), the license was flagged as invalid. Despite my clear explanation, support blamed me and stopped responding to my emails entirely. They seem responsive at first but completely unreliable when problems arise later. Very disappointing experience overall.

The product was delivered, verified, and completely fulfilled. 1key for 1 hardware Upgrading a core component like the CPU alters the system’s hardware hash registered with Microsoft’s activation servers. Microsoft identifies this as an altered device and revokes the binding. This is Microsoft's licensing policy, not an issue caused by our store.
CPU Upgrades Invalidate OEM Licenses: You explicitly stated in your emails that you upgraded your CPU. Under Microsoft's licensing architecture, OEM software is permanently locked to the exact original hardware profile. Modifying a core component like the CPU fundamentally alters the hardware hash registered on Microsoft's servers, which causes Microsoft to revoke the binding. This is not a seller fault; it is how OEM licenses work.
Unjustified Expectations: Using a discounted OEM license for nearly a full year, modifying your computer's internal hardware components, and then expecting the merchant to provide ongoing free replacements or bypass Microsoft's activation servers is completely unreasonable.
