Scammers. Don't buy anything. I provided a screenshot (proof) the code was invalid and wanted a refund. They then deny and attempt to sound threatening or something by stating you can "Exercise your legal rights" in the response. Which means absolutely nothing. They then take your email and sign it up to random sites like EA and Aliexpress to spam your email with a bunch of verification code requests. Nice try, you spammed an email in an attempt at harassment that I don't even use. I'm not surprised though, what do you expect from lesser people with lesser intelligence.

We clearly explained that the factory-fresh license provided to you is completely valid, but it cannot apply until your local system environment or corrupted files are repaired.
Because factory-fresh digital licenses cannot be returned or resold once delivered, refunds cannot be issued for issues caused by pre-existing system damage on the user's computer.
