For the past six months I’ve been experiencing muffled hearing and struggle to hear conversations clearly especially one-to-one. I had also been turning the TV volume up and felt that people were not speaking clearly. I booked an appointment with direct ear care for a hearing test. I was offered a free hearing aid trial and the difference was significant. The muffled hearing went away and I could hear speech much more clearly. I decided to go ahead with the hearing aids that are discreet rechargeable and easy to use and they have made a real difference to my everyday life.

Amazing service. Same day booking, with my left ear entirely blocked and my right ear partially blocked. Both cleared and had a free hearing test provided which confirmed the health of my hearing. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Brilliant service. Took the time to talk me through the all process even showed me pictures of the inside of my ear before and after. Walked in there unable to hear through my right ear. Walked out completely clear and everything sounding extremely loud.
