Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you choosing us for your cleaning, and we’re sorry to hear that the service did not ultimately meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that, once the cleaning was completed, our technicians did a walkthrough with you. During the walkthrough, you indicated that you were satisfied with the cleaning. We also asked if everything had been completed to your satisfaction after the cleaning, and no concerns regarding the cabinets or other areas were brought to our attention at that time.
If you had contacted us afterward to let us know there were areas that needed additional attention, we would have been more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue and send our team back to address those areas. We certainly would have preferred the opportunity to make it right so your wife did not have to spend additional time cleaning after our service.
