Elisa and Susie were excellent. They gave my home a top to floor deep clean! I have never hired cleaners before and this was the best experience. I have a large dog and three kids and they worked so hard with such joy and I could even hear them singing as they worked! They made sure I was satisfied before they left and for sure was. I immediately signed up for the monthly service. So worth it.

Heaven and Valerie did an AMAZING job! My bathrooms had some really stubborn hard-water deposits that I honestly thought would never come off. They worked their magic, and the difference is incredible—my bathrooms look brand new again!

Thanks to the 2 Lupe' girls my place went in a matter of hours from a pig pen to a palace. Raises and bonuses are in order.
The cleaning ladies were nice and super professional. They came on time and were accommodating to my needs. I did a deep for my initial meeting with them and was charged $381. I thought they would have more time for cleaning because not everything I wanted to accomplish was done in that first deep clean. The person quoted me $361 on the phone yet somehow I got charged $381 on my card. There were a lot of reminders on filling out the agreement and terms and conditions to cover themselves and myself as the client in terms of liability which I understand completely. I think it would be best next time to send an estimate and quote in writing prior to coming, and doing more of a walk through together on what needs to be prioritized would have been better. I do intend to still use them to upkeep my home for now because I realize cleaning takes a long time, and manage my expectations that everything can be done in one session. Overall still a good experience and work in progress this company.

When I called to inquire about the price, I spoke with Christine who was very friendly and patient. Once I booked my services, Miriam and Monica were on time, communicative and hard workers! They were very thorough and detailed, and the house looked spectacular. I would definitely hire Lupe's Cleaning Service again.

Laura and Maria did an amazing job deep cleaning my home. I did a walkthrough with them and showed them the areas I wanted cleaned the most and they delivered. They got every nook and cranny dusted and cleaned. They took all the grime off my stove, the buildup off my shower glass doors, and the buildup on my window sills. I loved how clean and good smelling they left my home. I will be hiring their services again.
First of all, I booked the deep cleaning service last minute but their hours were very flexible and fast. My focus was the window track and blind cleaning which was quite time consuming for the cleaning ladies. It eventually led to overtime for the estimate but, Lupe followed up quickly after the service and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Also, the pricing was very reasonable and they waived the overtime.
My cleaning ladies were Yettie(?) and Irene and they were very kind and trustworthy. Overall, I’m happy with the service!
