We needed help with a lock at our shop again. Used Diamondback Lock and Key before for another office door, so I already knew who to call. Same deal this time, they got it working and swapped the worn part out. Quick visit, no hassle, everything lines up right now. Will use again.

Thank you so much for your trust and feedback
The knob on my office door just fell off in my hand when I tried opening it. Didn’t realize the strike plate needed attention too. Diamondback Locksmith showed up, explained what was going on without making it confusing, and replaced the parts. Door feels solid now—wish I had noticed this sooner.

Needed to rekey the whole house after buying it. Diamondback Locksmith matched all the pins so one key works on every door now. They were quick about it and didn't mess anything up. Happy to have just one key instead of juggling a bunch of different ones.

I accidentally locked my spare key in the glovebox and was stuck for a bit. These guys showed up quickly, didn’t make a big deal out of it, and got the door open without messing anything up. Super relieved because I had no other way to get in. Definitely worth calling if you find yourself in the same mess.

Didnt want the kids around all that mess so I had these guys come out after finding out some staff made extra keys they werent supposed to. They changed all the locks on the business so only new keys work now. Feels way safer and I can get back to work without stressing who still has old keys. They kept it simple and told me what was up while they worked. Big relief. If you’re in Scottsdale, these are the ones to call.

Our front door lock was sticking every time we tried to get the kids in and out during all the chaos. Luis from Diamondback Locksmith came by yesterday and sprayed some graphite inside. That little fix stopped the jam right away, which is one less thing to worry about with a busy household. Hard to find good service in scottsdale.
