The two gentlemen in the building were very accommodating, answered all my questions, had good insight on the product. But most of all they made sure everything was done right and that I was happy. Great service, friendly and helpful technicians. Fair service costs. But that road there’re on is a death trap. Traffic comes at you from three blind corners. They should change the speed limit and add more stop signs. Bringing a boat in there is challenging.

These guy's are weird!!
Don't know why I was treated like I was by these people at this shop..I actually have an estimate and I was told by the guy who know longer work there that he could do the job this summer..
Well I called and sent multiple emails to this place to only be blown off for days..
I decided to call and asked to speak with a person name Jake who is the one who blew me off and wasn't man enough to talk or reply to my emails..
So a guy got back on the phone and told me they don't do this tpye of work.
After I was thinking for a whole year that they could do the work.
I can't believe that when I was given a quote and estimate for the job..
They didn't want to deal with me or service my truck.
" I WONDER WHY"
There must be a shop in Grand Rapids who respect people and will treat everyone the same..

That's what I needed. It looks really clean - it shouldn't be a problem. I showed your pics to my installer and he agreed with me.
.75 hour to pull all the glass. We are not going to pull the skylight. We will cut around it.
2 hours to lay, cut, and glue the headliner
.75 hour to put it all back together. 3.5 hours@ $120 = $420.00
Headliner - $35.00
Shop Crg - $25.00
Labor - $420.00
I do not have enough headliner to do your cap. I ordered some today for stock. I should see that in a week or so. Let me know when you would like us to do that. Thanks!

I bought a used motor and needed throttle and shift cables. I’ve never put these on before. First I ordered the wrong ones. Then I needed longer. Then I got boxes that were labeled wrong. Finally got the correct cables and installed them. Works great. Every time I went back, Kevin treated me kindly and with respect. He helped me work through it all and offered advice. It was very much appreciated.
Hopefully I won’t need anything for awhile, but Camp and Cruise will be my first place to look.
