New dentist for me and I had to have 2 crowns, from the best 2 receptionist, 1 who lent me her cozy sweater for a long appt,all the way to the ROCK awesome funny dental assistant, fantastic dentist GREAT with a needle,and an out of the world expanded function assistant! This truly the A TEAM! If your nervous this is your new home.So grateful I found them! THANKS A TEAM FOR A VERY EASY APPOINTMENT!

She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring, making our children feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. Her gentle approach and friendly personality helped take away their nervousness about visiting the dentist.

TRUST this dental group! Extremely impressed throughout my entire experience. From the ladies at the desk to who x-rayed my teeth, the Dental Hygienist, and then of course Dr. Thind was absolutely exceptional to work with. The office is clean, Organized and I could not have asked for more. When reading the reviews, I have to admit I almost did not choose this dentistry because of a few really ugly descriptions that were left. After experiencing Reliable dental on my own, I am here to tell you those reviews have to be false, deliberately left by haters because I cannot believe this dentistry has done anyone wrong. Truly impressed. I am going back and recommending everyone I know! Thank you for making me feel so heard and taken care of.
Not much to note i went in for a cleaning and had prefaced that i had been suffering from bad breath. They barely spoke to me about it and didn’t mention any causes or things i could do to lessen it, they just scraped at my teeth and let me go. I have been through consultations with others and was given a much more in depth explanation. Overall would not recommend.
Absolutely RUDE and unprofessional both on the administrative staff and medical side. I highly recommend you take your family elsewhere. They treated my family like garbage.
The staff here is amazing. I made them aware of some health conditions I have that might make effect my appointment, and they were more than accommodating. Everyone communicated before they did anything and explained everything thoroughly. My son has also been going here for a few years now, and seeing how well they communicated with a now 10 year old sealed the deal for us! I am SO glad I found this dentist. I had my first visit today, after not having a cleaning in probably over 3 years. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I seriously couldn’t be more pleased with the care that I received. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was gentle but also extremely thorough. She took the extra time to do a good job and also keep me comfortable. The dentist took the time to give me recommendations with an explanation. I will be going back.
I am extremely happy with the care my children received at Reliable dental of Mason. The staff were very professional, friendly, and made my kids feel comfortable throughout their visit. They did an excellent job cleaning my children’s teeth, and I really appreciate their gentle and thorough approach. Worst dentist experience that left me in tears for days. I scheduled based on the good reviews thinking I would see Dr. Sarbjit, but when Dr. William Lippert walked in I instantly became nervous because he just started cleaning my teeth without even asking me why i was there. I assumed he consulted with the dental assistant and all the paperwork I filled out noting I was in extreme tooth pain and actively have an infection. So him scraping and cleaning my teeth hurt terribly bad and he said he would see me in 6 months. The dental assistant didn’t say a word so i said “what about my teeth pain” to which he replied no one said you had teeth pain…. So he asked for another x ray because i guess the 10 they already took weren’t clear, and said oh yea, you have an abscess. But we can’t fix that here, you’ll have to go to Dayton and they are booked out for months. So i left without my issue being resolved or even really addressed, still in pain, discouraged and scared because i now have an infection in my mouth that can’t get seen until 2026. Ethically, and morally wrong. He didn’t care. I had to ask for some sort of antibacterial medication. No pain meds, nothing. Then the assistant had the nerve to ask me if i wanted a mouth guard. NO! In sum, terrible bedside manner, didn’t fix my issue but charged my insurance for a comprehensive dental exam, which I didn’t get. Will never return and if making an appointment, please ask who your dentist will be. I’ve cried nonstop since my appointment trying to find another dentist who will look at me for an affordable price since my exam allotment has been used. DISGRACEFUl!!!!!!!!!!!!!
