I booked Maria for a visit to Bushey. She turned up on time and gave a great massage. Maria was a lovely talkative good looking therapist and I totally enjoyed my time with her
I received an excellent massage from Vicky.
She was very professional but had a nice warm, friendly manner and was naturally intuitive and instinctual giving a first class service

Thank you very much
I have used Deluxe Massage for a number of years and have always found them to be totally professional. Mostly I have used Delia, who was always polite, punctual and updated her ETAs.
She has never missed an appointment nor been delayed. She can deliver a wide range of massage techniques and is very good at her job.
It's very important when allowing someone in your house that you feel comfortable with them and that they are professional and respectful and Delia is both. On a few occasions I have used other members of the team and they were all professional.
I can wholly recommend Deluxe Massage as a top shop.

Her energy is very positive and once the massage started I was able to relax completely.
I live in London, so it’s always great to find mobile massage therapists that can come to your home that I feel comfortable with.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re really sorry to hear that you’ve found us less reliable recently. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we take your concerns seriously. We’re continuously working to improve our service, and your input helps us identify where we need to do better. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly so we can understand what went wrong and make things right.
All these companies need looking at. There needs to be some kind of regulator. These people are terrible. I was told on the phone the person I wanted could do deep tissue. When she arrived she said she could because she had wrist surgery. Company did nothing when i put it to them. They'll probably reply to this asking me to reach out but they'll do nothing even if I do, I just hate how these fake companies with their fake reviews have legit masseuses charging so much now.

First massage from Deluxe. Easy to get through to. Karolina was prompt, and professional and is very good, her hands, good with pressure, hit the spots and a day later I can feel the benefits. I would definitely request her again.

I do a lot of sports and body movements practices and also get various different body work treatments from practitioners of different styles..
Ketrin, is probably one of the top ones in my humble opinion.
Not just in technique, but her intuition and ability to adjust accordingly to various muscles in the same area!

I would like to share my experience with today's massage therapy session. The therapist, Marina, demonstrated true professionalism and expertise in massage therapy. She is not only highly skilled, but also someone I would confidently recommend to represent your agency — a perfect specialist of quality service and therapeutic excellence.
After today session, I already feel significant relief in my back. Although I had never tried massage therapy before, this experience has completely changed my perspective. Going forward, I will turn to massage therapy without hesitation.
