All these companies need looking at. There needs to be some kind of regulator. These people are terrible. I was told on the phone the person I wanted could do deep tissue. When she arrived she said she could because she had wrist surgery. Company did nothing when i put it to them. They'll probably reply to this asking me to reach out but they'll do nothing even if I do, I just hate how these fake companies with their fake reviews have legit masseuses charging so much now.

I have used Deluxe Massage for a number of years and have always found them to be totally professional. Mostly I have used Delia, who was always polite, punctual and updated her ETAs. She has never missed an appointment nor been delayed. She can deliver a wide range of massage techniques and is very good at her job. It's very important when allowing someone in your house that you feel comfortable with them and that they are professional and respectful and Delia is both. On a few occasions I have used other members of the team, I remember recently Elena, and they were all professional. I can wholly recommend Deluxe as a top shop.

If I could give a 0-star review, I would. I tried to book an appointment via chat and an hour later, it was just a back and forth of how much the massage service costs. The price Lily provided was different from what's posted on the website which was very off-putting. And 2 other ladies refused service because we were women and apparently women don't tip good. Tips are given based on percentage and also based on the quality of service provided. You can't demand tips before service is given. We always make sure we take care of those who take care of us and provide excellent service, and we tip good! I had to look for another provider. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUUBY MASSAGE instead! Great service from them and they got a good time. Wehn I asked if the tip amount was okay, his words - "this tip is more than enough, thank you." Deluxe Massage, change your prices on your website if you think you're not charging enough. Frustrating experience. UPDATE (in response to your comment): This is not a fake review. I was chatting with Karla thru your webchat last night. Unfortunately, your website doesn't send your customers a copy of the conversation via email so I don't have screenshots of those. Karla took my information from my name down to my contact number which is why Lily was able to message me directly thru WhatsApp. I was about to take a screenshot of our conversation, but she has a 24-hr timer set that automatically removes chat history. If there hasn't been any contact, she would not have been able to message me directly. See screenshot below. So to clarify, according to Karla, Marina and Pooja were the ones who had openings but when they learned that we were women, they said no since women don't tip good. Then Karla recommended Lily. Then Lily reached out via WhatsApp and then started changing your published rates, again because we're women and don't tip good. For everyone reading this, this is not a fake review. Spending time to write all this is not a joke and I'm just really disappointed. Take some accountability.

I can't believe my first experience with Lily from Deluxe Mobile massage was so remarkable. She is incredibly thoughtful and utilized a professional therapist machine to address my body pain. After just two sessions, I felt a magical recovery. My shoulders were very sore prior to the massage. I can confidently say that I feel very rejuvenated.
