I called Devon when my sump pump alarm started going off and he had someone out right away. Turns out the pump was working fine and it was just the sensor acting up. What really blew me away is they didn’t even charge me for the visit. With the cost of gas, insurance, payroll, and everything else, that kind of kindness is rare these days. If you ever need help with water issues, these are the people to call. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I've contracted with Devon and his crew twice this year, once for some basement egress windows as Rock Solid Waterproofing, and then again for a seismic upgrade as DC Waterproofing. Matt and David were punctual, polite and professional, communicative at every stage of each process and meticulous in putting up plastic sheeting to protect the content of my basement from concrete dust. A real pleasure to recommend, as I have twice now to neighbors.
