Meklējot pārvākšanās pakalpojumu uz Kipru, sazinājos ar 6 kompānijām un tikai Diamond Connected atbildēja uzreiz (daži tā arī neatbildēja vispār). Man bija daudz jautājumi un Dairis visu smuki izstāstīja un nomierināja mani.
Man ļoti patīka, ka viņš arī parādīja bildes, kā var izskatīties sapakota palete, tāpēc biju pārliecināta, ka mūsu mantas būs drošās rokās.
Cenas arī bija pilnīgi saprātīgas - ne pārspīlētas, kā dažiem citiem, bet atbilstošas tam, ko varētu gaidīt par šādu darbu.
Kamēr vēl pakojāmies, Dairis regulāri sazinājās, lai pārliecinātos, ka viss norit pēc plāna. Palīdzēja arī ar muitas dokumentiem un saglabāja mūsu mantas noliktavā, līdz mums bija jauna adrese un varējām nosūtīt visu tālāk.
Savākšana no Rīgas notika precīzi laikā, komanda strādāja ātri un komunikācija arī bija patīkama! Arī Kiprā viss bija lieliski noorganizēts: saņēmām ziņas no dažādiem piegādes partneriem, kas koordinēja sūtījumu līdz pašām beigām.
Esam ļoti apmierināti ar viņu darbu un no sirds iesaku šo kompāniju!
Bija nepieciešams no Igaunijas atvest autoiekrāvēju, kas ir ārpus pieļaujamiem gabarītiem, Diamond Connected ne tikai spēja piedāvāt labāko cenu, bet arī noorganizēja tūlītēju preces savākšanu, parūpējās par tās drošu noštropēšanu un veiksmīgu atgādāšanu pie manis. Laika ziņā zibenīgi - plkst. 16:00 savāca un nākošās dienas plkst. 8:00 jau krāva ārā manā teritorijā.

The best service ever!!!
Everything started with very quick response on my email with question about transportation from Riga to Cyprus. Two days guys were answering tons of my questions. Finally, when all was clear, I cone to Riga to finish registration for export and pass it to them. They came next day, packed everything carefully, prepared all needed document - I did nothing!
Unfortunately, we had a delay because of shipping issues from cargo company side (Greece - Cyprus), but guys were in touch with me all time, supported as much as they can, connected betwen me and cargo company to find details.
When time comes, I went to Custom service and next work day I got my transport in Cyprus.
No scratches, no damages - thr condition is exactly it was in Riga.
This one comes with my sincere recommendations!

One and only best logistics partner you can find! Delivered my motorcycle from Gothenburg to Riga for a very sweet price. I was worried about the correct fastening and strapping of my bike, asked the dealer to keep an eye and help to load the bike, but then the dealer called me and said that my bike is in the right hands, the delivery guy was the most professional he has ever seen. :))
They delivered it in time, arranged the VIN number check at CSDD.
Dāvis Bērziņš is an amazing contact person, answered all of my questions, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
Already suggested to all of my friends and am going to use their services on a constant basis!

Went smooth, communication great and all concerns and questions were answered instantly.
Cargo was taken, packed and then formed in pallets and safelly wrapped by the company. Arrived safe, even the fragile part of the cargo. There was a bit of delay in Spain, but nothing major.
In the end company stored the cargo in storage box which i booked prior, and managed all the communication on my behalf.
Highly suggest!
