Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jason at Day’s Sewer Services. I had a cabin full of 10 women and a frozen septic tank on a Saturday — basically a weekend disaster waiting to happen. Jason had a packed schedule and a waitlist of over 12, and it sounded like he might not be able to get to me until late Sunday afternoon (if at all). Even with how busy he was, Jason went above and beyond to help us in the middle of a stressful situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting things resolved. After paying a plumber $350 to clear what we thought was a clogged drain, he stated that our septic pump needed to be replaced. I called Day’s Sewer Service and they cam out immediately, removed the septic tank cover and within 5 minutes identified the problem as a broken sewer pipe between the tank and house, and that there was nothing wrong with the pump. Jason was able to bring the equipment and make the repair within a day. I highly recommend Day’s Septic Service for their prompt and excellent work.

We had a septic back up on a Sunday. Called Day’s and he walked us through a few options on the phone. When it was clear we needed emergency help Jason came out, when he could have said no. He rapidly identified the problem and fixed it. Yet he went above and beyond, coaching us on our system, how to properly maintain it, and steps we need to take to not have emergencies in the future. If you want someone who knows their stuff and wants to partner with you for the best outcomes, please use Day’s. I wish I could give them more stars

So thankful to Day’s sewer service! We needed an emergency trip on a Sunday and he came right over within 30 minutes. Walked us through our problem, how to prevent it in the future, and had us up and running within 30 minutes so we could still enjoy our time at the cabin. THE BEST IN THE AREA!! No reason to look further Jason and his employees are second to none. I’ve had a problem on a holiday he tried helping me over the phone to no avail (failure on my part!) He jumped in his truck and came to my place and fixed the problem!! Don’t hesitate to call him!

Absolutely the first place to call. I thought our system was frozen due to driving over it with a bobcat and logs. I called days he came out immediately to thaw it out and let us know that our pump was bad system wasn't frozen he gave us the info we needed to get back up and running and did not charge us for the service call Thank you for your help
