Just moved to the area from Pensacola, Florida, and happened to Google this company to help me with my new Pool. They have been so wonderful. The service is exceptional and top-notch. They guys that have come out to help have been so great and knowledgeable. So thankful to have called them and had them be the one to service our pool! Can’t recommend them enough!

I went to get my water tested today and the team at Hollywood Outdoor Living handled a group of customers including me with courtesy and professionalism on there front patio with no registers or computers after recovering from fire damage. They really care about their customers! Thank you Hollywood Outdoors team!

Way overpriced.We simply needed a part for our sand filter that Hollywood had in stock. We ordered the part from the internet for $60 but it wasn’t going to arrive until the next day. We wanted to keep our pool open so we went to Hollywood to get the part and we would use the extra one for a spare. Hollywood wanted $450. I showed them the price on the internet and all the employee could say was “well you couldn’t get it today from the internet”. I’ve been buying our supplies from them for years but with the attitude and price gouging we will spend our money elsewhere. This business does not care about their customers, just their profit.

For context for anyone reading: the kit we carry is the complete genuine Pentair assembly that service technicians rely on, which is a different product than the aftermarket lid sold online — but we understand that distinction wasn't communicated well in the moment, and that's on us.

Great experience! Last year we had our pool liner replaced by Hollywood pool! It looks great and we love it. This year we had a problem with a green pool. We used a competitor to fix our water problem because they were closer to our house. For 2 weeks we did 2 rounds of green to clean to fix it. The 2nd one got the green out but we had a cloudy pool for a few days. Went back and they said maybe our sand needs to be changed. I called Marc about setting that up and he told me it’s probably not the sand at all. Gave us 2 things to try before we went that route. Something to clean the sand and a clarifier. We put it in before we went to bed and the next morning we had a clear pool and canceled the sand change. Marc saved us at least 500 dollars. Definitely worth the extra mile or so to go see Hollywood pools. They are very knowledgeable about anything with pools. Extremely satisfied customer. Rodney Ferguson
