James Kate Construction went above and beyond after an initial inspection from Ben the project manager. We had our insurance adjustor come out to inspect our roof. During the insurance inspection, the adjuster damaged the roof to which he did not want to take responsibility for. Roof, gutters, and fence repair for storm, hail & wind damage
We are very pleased with the new roof, gutters, and roof repairs carried out by James Kate Roofing & Restoration. Dillon provided a fair, detailed estimate throughout the entire process. He also met with my insurance company for a “walk-through” in case they had any questions or concerns. There was no high-pressure sales at all. Communication was excellent, and the work crew was very polite and efficient. The whole project was completed promptly. In addition, I had some fence repairs completed promptly. I highly recommend Becky Rodriguez with James Kate Roofing.
Becky recently inspected my mother’s home, and going into it, I was already expecting we would need a full roof replacement since the roof has been in place for quite some time. Becky performed a very thorough evaluation, documenting everything with detailed notes, photos, and measurements.
When she followed up with me, I honestly expected to hear that a new roof was needed along with a large price tag—but that wasn’t the case at all. Becky explained that while the roof is older, the surrounding trees have actually helped protect it from sun exposure and storm damage. She backed this up by showing me photos and measurements of the existing shingle thickness, giving me complete confidence that the roof still has life left in it.
Instead of recommending an unnecessary replacement, she suggested a very reasonable repair to address minor damage and replace some hardware.
We gladly moved forward, and Becky oversaw the work to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.
Her honesty and integrity truly stood out. She easily could have recommended a full replacement, but instead she helped us avoid a major and unnecessary expense—allowing us to use those funds for other important needs.

Punctual. Delivery of supplies took longer than expected, but workers still finished in one day. Our insurance (Liberty), attempted to have James Kate do work that was not up to code. Our agent was knowledgeable of codes and of course the work was done to code. The agent stayed in frequent contact with us. (Benjamin) The yard was left spotless at the end of the day. Benjamin continues to follow up with us for any future needs. We are pleased with the end product.
