Mein Besuch im Dalchini war ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das die Vielfalt und Tiefe der indischen Küche eindrucksvoll zeigt. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die warme Atmosphäre: einladend, farbenfroh und mit einem Hauch von Exotik, der sofort Lust auf kulinarische Entdeckungen macht.
Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Currys waren reich an Aromen und perfekt ausbalanciert, die Tandoori‑Gerichte hatten diesen unverwechselbaren Grillgeschmack, und die vegetarischen Spezialitäten überzeugten durch Frische und Kreativität. Besonders beeindruckend war die Vielfalt der Gewürze – jedes Gericht erzählte seine eigene kleine Geschichte. Frisches Naan und duftender Basmati‑Reis rundeten das Menü ab.
Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Das Personal nahm sich Zeit, Empfehlungen zu geben, und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen fühlten.
Was den Besuch besonders machte, war die Kombination aus authentischem Geschmack, großzügigen Portionen und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Es fühlte sich nicht nur wie ein Restaurantbesuch an, sondern wie eine kleine Reise nach Indien mitten in Berlin.
Insgesamt ist Dalchini ein Muss für alle Liebhaber der indischen Küche – köstliches Essen, lebendige Atmosphäre und ein Team, das den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht.

I'm writing this as I sit at the table enjoying a beer and with a full belly. The service is spectacular, the service is wonderful with smiles and a feeling of genuine welcome. The food is some of the best Indian food I've had in 3 countries. I will definitely be coming back.

I initially ordered the food via Lieferando. Unfortunately, the order was canceled, which I only noticed at the restaurant. The waiter apologized and made me a tea. The tea was fantastic, really good. Black tea with milk and spices, heavenly. Thanks again. The waiter told me that they often have problems with the delivery service, which is bad for everyone involved. My recommendation: call, order, pick up, or just eat in the restaurant. The food was very delicious 🤤!
I was quite disappointed with my visit. The Chicken Tikka Masala was bland and unappetising, and I even felt uncomfortable after the meal. Service was also lacking - despite being the only guests, it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. The atmosphere felt flat, though perhaps it’s livelier on weekends or evenings. Overall, not an experience I’d return for.

Dal Chini is truly a gem in Berlin! The food is authentic, flavorful, and perfectly spiced …..it reminded me of homemade Indian meals. The menu has a great variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. The cozy ambiance creates the perfect setting whether you’re here for a casual dinner or a special occasion. If you’re looking for real Indian flavors in Berlin, Dal Chini is a must-visit.
