From a recommendation of another holiday home owner, I approached CPA back in 2024 to prepare the capital allowances under the now defunct Furnished Home Lettings tax regime. CPA were extremely diligent and professional in preparing the submission to HMRC which was accepted. The fees were very reasonable given the capital allowance total under the FHL tax regime. Whilst FHL is no longer around for new applications, I see no reason why CPA would not be just as diligent and professional in other ares of their business.

A superb company which delivers on time and as promised. I was struck by the personable nature of John, and his creative solutions to pricing and timing were impressive. I felt looked after due to the personal nature of the service, and every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism. Following their work, which required me answering a handful of questions and was truly no more onerous than that, I have now been able to submit a Capital Allowances claim for my Furnished Holiday Let that will save me many thousands of pounds. Due to my tight budget, John exceeded the structure of the service fee payment in an equally low stress way. There are a lot of charlatans. This is the real deal and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
