Due to the high volume of customers attempting to book appointments, we make multiple efforts to confirm scheduled services before finalizing our route and availability. In this case, we reached out three separate times throughout the day to receive confirmation but unfortunately did not receive a response.

The reason for these follow-ups is to ensure that appointments are confirmed, as we often have other customers waiting to schedule during the same time slots. Without confirmation, we have to move forward with scheduling other clients to keep our operations organized and on time.

This is not a concern about customers canceling or “flaking,” but rather about ensuring appointments are properly confirmed after multiple contact attempts. When we are unable to get confirmation, we have no choice but to release the appointment time to other customers.
