The Crocker team - led by Matt and Kyle - did an outstanding job on a complex dock and boat lift project. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product. Even with a wedding and a honeymoon sprinkled into the timeframe, the project found its way to completion. I appreciate the personal attention throughout the process by Matt and Kyle’s deep experience, creativity and can do attitude as we navigated all the unexpected details.

Crocker marine services of Ft. Myers Florida was contracted to replace a seawall for me which was a total disaster. The wall was completed in May 2025 and came apart a few months later. Texts from me starting ln October 2025 were ignored and 3 registered letters to the company was also ignored. Wink News got involved and a meeting was set at my house with Crocker marine CEO. Upon seeing the news camera, the CEO said he would not speak on camera and walked back to the street and got in his car. The newsman followed him and got him to talk by promising not to record the meeting. Crocker made all kinds of promises to fix the problems but needed me to sign another agreement which I refused. I already had a contract they wouldn't honor. In fact, Honc Marine Services in Fort Myers and considered experts and a highly respected 70 yr. Old company stated on camera for Wink News the wall was so bad 'anybody can see the wall needs torn out and rebuilt '. I have since paid over $11,000.00 not to fix the wall because its unfixabe, but to keep my yard from going into the river. There are far too many other issues with this company to mention but what i propose is a sit down meeting with Crocker and discuss the issues by viewing the messages, photos, and videos. The only stipulations I have is the meeting be video and audio recorded by one or both parties. I have attached some recent photos.

We strongly dispute these statements as false and misleading. Repeatedly updating your review to keep it at the top of our reviews, along with continued posts across multiple platforms, has become an ongoing pattern of harassment.

After you raised your concerns, Crocker Marine Services voluntarily offered, at no cost to you, additional work beyond the original scope, including an over-engineered solution and a 50-year warranty. This was offered in good faith to go above and beyond—not because the project failed inspection or was determined to be improperly constructed.

We also dispute the way the photos you continue to post are being represented. Several appear to be from the construction phase rather than the completed project, and some images being attributed to your property are not from your project.

We acknowledge that no contractor is perfect. What matters is how a company responds when concerns are raised. We stepped forward, offered additional work at our own expense, and continue to stand behind our commitment to make things right.

My dock was destroyed by Hurricane Milton. I retained Crocker Marine to replace it. The dock was 985 feet long and required replacing over 50 pilings in Lemon Bay. They handled everything from A to Z including supervising several subs. Conner, Blake and the team were all awesome. I highly recommend Crocker Marine for any dock needs.

Was good to see Brody, Tyler and Jarid here at Island Breeze today to finish up what appears to be a great job on replacing our docks. Although they are not the same configuration as they were originally, I saw the drawings and they built them to specification they were given, as far as my eye can see. They kept the place clean, removed all the debris and made as little noise as possible. Excellent job in my opinion. I am a permanent resident, have had several boats, docks and lifts and owned a construction company years ago. It's important to be polite and they were. I would recommend this crew for dock rebuilds if you're considering. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough about this company and their worth ethic. The lady I spoke with to schedule the estimate was beyond helpful and kind. Then Connor immediately sent me a bunch of emails that helped me better understand the different materials I could choose from for a new seawall along with a very detailed quote outlining the cost. Everything was sent over quickly and Connor spent so much time educating me on the process and expectations. If you need a new seawall or just repair or a dock you do not need to look any further - I have no doubt you found the right place already. They stand behind their quotes so don’t go to a competitor that will low ball just to get your business only to find out about the “unforeseen extras” along the way - go right to the best with people that stand by their word. Hard to come by these days - excellent company.

I had Crocker marine install my docks and boat lifts in 2023, we had one warranty issue that they came back and took care of ASAP. No problem at all. I could not be happier. Two hurricanes with both docks submerged 5 feet and we have no problems. Quality work. 100% recommended and trusted Thanks Anthony
