We strongly dispute these statements as false and misleading. You and your husband, Mike, have continued posting across multiple platforms, creating an ongoing pattern of harassment.

After you raised your concerns, Crocker Marine Services voluntarily offered, at no cost to you, additional work beyond the original scope, including an over-engineered solution and a 50-year warranty. This was offered in good faith to go above and beyond—not because the project failed inspection or was determined to be improperly constructed.

We also dispute the way the photos you continue to post are being represented. Several appear to be from the construction phase rather than the completed project, and some images being attributed to your property are not from your project.

We acknowledge that no contractor is perfect. What matters is how a company responds when concerns are raised. We stepped forward, offered additional work at our own expense, and continue to stand behind our commitment to make things right.
