Engaging and informative seminar I recently took the Shop Talk class taught by Sue McDuffie, and it was an outstanding experience! I needed CE hours and couldn’t attend in-person classes, so this was perfect. Sue’s blend of humor and expertise kept the course engaging, and it was so rewarding to realize how much knowledge I had retained. I’d highly recommend this seminar to anyone looking to further their education, and I’m excited to take more classes as I prepare for certifications in other states.

Technology, language, ethics, oh my I like Jeff’s funny little stories. He really is a funny guy and his seminars take the monotony out of having to sit for 10 hours and learn about technology, etc. Plus, it is nice to be able to hit the pause button and come back whenever you’re ready to.

I am not sure what happened with the person who gave one star for Jeff Justice Seminars For Court Reporters. Please just remember, there are two sides to every story and stuff happens sometimes...to ALL of us. It happens with getting transcripts out, writing RT, etc. We're all only human. I have been reporting 36 years. I, on the other hand, am not a first timer with taken Jeff's courses. I have been taking them for many, many years and will continue to do so and will highly recommend him to MY fellow reporters. I started out taking them in person years and years ago and now take them online. His courses are very informative and humorous. Who doesn't need that? Please, please do not let ONE bad review cause you not to try his courses. If you take them and you personally don't like them, then fine. But I encourage you to give them a try. Disclaimer: I do not know Jeff Justice or any of his people who conduct classes.

I completed my course on 12/09 and correctly followed the instructions to receive my certificate to turn in for credits. Three days pass, and I still do not have the certificate that was supposed to be sent off within 10 minutes after completing the course. I emailed an inquiry on 12/12 and still did not receive the documents. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to place a call to Jeff Justice on 12/16 before I finally received the certificate. The lack of respect for my time and this gross display of how business is managed with this CE provider is disgusting. First-time customer, and this experience has made sure that it is my last time. I am absolutely going to share this ordeal with my fellow court reporters who may be considering using this CE provider.

GREAT COURSES!!!! Jeff's courses are great, so informative, entertaining, and the cost is a definite plus. I've always had to travel 3 hours plus the overnight expense to attend seminars and it was never at a convenient time. As a bonus, Jeff is always there to answer questions and is so nice!!!
