0/10 Do Not Recommend I completed my course on 12/09 and correctly followed the instructions to receive my certificate to turn in for credits. Three days pass, and I still do not have the certificate that was supposed to be sent off within 10 minutes after completing the course. I emailed an inquiry on 12/12 and still did not receive the documents. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to place a call to Jeff Justice on 12/16 before I finally received the certificate. The lack of respect for my time and this gross display of how business is managed with this CE provider is disgusting. First-time customer, and this experience has made sure that it is my last time. I am absolutely going to share this ordeal with my fellow court reporters who may be considering using this CE provider.
