We had a 3600 foot house inspected. Communication was great through the whole process. The price was fair, no complaints. The inspector was professional and knowledgeable. Some great things were pointed out that really helped us make an informed decision following the inspection on the contract for our house purchase.

They did an amazing job. Our appointment was on a Tuesday and they worked with us to make a last minute change to do the inspection the Friday before saving us 4 days. Then they went above and beyond tracking down the source of everything they found which saved us a lot of future headaches. Always went above and beyond to point out way more than required. Would use them every time.
