Concrete Pro Reviews

Zach was very professional throughout the entire job, from the estimate to the final close out. He was great to work with and gave us timely updates. We really appreciated all the hard work the crew did to waterproof our basement and haul the belongings away that we need to remove. Thanks a million!

Fantastic service and great results My experience with Concrete Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Zach quickly assessed my basement concerns, providing honest and practical solutions without suggesting unnecessary expenses. The crew—Cal, Matt, Matt, Tyree, and William—were professional, friendly, and skilled, answering all my questions openly. They left my home spotless, even mopping the basement and foyer floors and reseeding the backyard where work was done. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. I'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services. Julie Amos

Concrete Pro put in some drainage for me in the spring, and I was impressed with Zack and the work that was done. So, I had them tear out my very damaged garage floor and pour a new one. They answered the bill with the challenges I faced due to 70 years of flooding. Looks great, and I can’t wait to park my car in it again….and possibly get it epoxied!!!

Concrete Pro did an exceptional job on our project. Clayton and Victor were the job leads, and their attention to detail was outstanding from start to finish. One thing that really impressed me was how closely they paid attention to the existing conditions around the house. They noticed that the last stair on my deck was about an inch out of level, even though the rest of the deck was level. They were able to properly slope the new concrete away from the house for drainage without exaggerating the unevenness of that last step. The finished product looks great. They also went above and beyond with drainage. They tied my downspout into drainage that carries the water out into the side yard so it can properly flow toward the street. Around the water spigot, they carefully graded the concrete in multiple directions to make sure water drains away from the house instead of collecting against the foundation. The finished patio looks almost exactly like the conceptual design I had in mind before the project started. The workmanship, grading, drainage, and attention to the small details were all excellent. After working with them, I completely understand why Concrete Pro has so many five-star reviews. They really are concrete pros. I would absolutely recommend them.

Zack came out and gave us an estimate on our foundation repair. The price was fair; the work was done when they said it would be. Nice clean job. I recommend this company to others looking for this type of work.

After two basement floods in a year, we consulted with Concrete Pros. They came up with a very detailed plan, were extremely communicative and were able to bump us up to get the project completed sooner. Workers were on time, easy to work with, cleaned up the project site and explained everything clearly. 10/10 highly recommend and we’d happily work with them again.

Concrete Pro did an excellent job repairing the structural issues at my home. They installed helical piles and leveled the affected slab, restoring the home’s structural integrity. They prioritized my project to meet a tight deadline, were professional throughout, and delivered great results. I’m very grateful for their work and would highly recommend them for structural or concrete repairs.
