After Action Report:
I am no different than all the rest who decided to leave a review. Mine was just like theirs: excellent communication from Mike, Eric, and Brandon regarding timelines, curing times, and what was going to happen next.
So why leave this review if it sounds like more of the same? Because finding a reliable contractor online usually feels like a gamble. Most companies fill their websites with hyperbole—everything is rosy until it isn’t, and suddenly you're dealing with the BBB or the State Attorney General just to get what you paid for.
Concrete Indy is completely different. When I sent a text at 10:00 PM just asking what time the crew would arrive the next day, expecting an answer in the morning, the owner answered right away. He was so dedicated to his business and his clients that he had the conversation on the spot to make sure I was completely taken care of.
I can say with complete confidence that this level of service comes from everyone on Mike’s team. Most companies talk big, but Concrete Indy backs up every single word.
P.S. You know it was a killer job when the yard signs you had posted from Concrete Indy were literally stolen under the cover of darkness! That, along with ALL of my neighbors commenting on how beautiful it looks—with just a small touch of jealousy in their voices as to why their backyards don't look as great as mine. I know why, silly: they didn’t use Concrete Indy like I did, and they missed out on the cleanest, most professional craftsmanship around!
Leon, this may be one of the most thoughtful reviews anyone has ever written for our company. Thank you for taking the time to share not only how your project turned out, but what your experience with our entire team was like. We really enjoyed transforming your Indianapolis backyard with the new concrete patio, curved seating wall and fire pit area. Hearing that your neighbors are already noticing the finished project and apparently someone liked our yard signs enough to take those too! This gave our whole team a good laugh. More importantly, your comments about the communication from Mike, Eric, Brandon and the rest of the Concrete Indy team mean a tremendous amount to us. Beautiful concrete is important, but taking care of our customers from the first conversation through the final details is what we want Concrete Indy to be known for. Thank you again, Leon, for trusting Concrete Indy with your backyard. We hope you, your family and friends enjoy that patio, curved seating wall and fire pit for many years to come. We truly appreciate your business and this incredible review.

Concrete Indy took out part of an old retaining wall, sidewalk and steps.
They rerouted and poured a new walkway and steps to our porch. Salvador and his crew were great to work with and did an awesome job!
Thank you, Gary! Shout out to Salvador he’s great and worked here for almost 5 years. You’re only as good as your people. Shout out to Eric for his help.
He came out to check what we thought was an issue, but turned out it was NOT an issue.
Eric was super nice about it and gave us information, a recommendation and was professional and kind. I'd recommend this company for your concrete needs.

Highly recommend!
We hired Concrete Indy to build a half basketball court as a surprise for our kids, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was pleasant to work with — kind, organized, and genuinely consultative throughout the process.
The pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly motivated to hit our deadline so the court would be ready in time. They even handled the delivery and installation of the basketball goal, which made things so much easier on our end.
The work itself was done quickly and efficiently, and every worker on site was friendly and professional. It's clear this team takes real pride in what they do.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. I highly recommend Concrete Indy, and we already plan to bring them back to replace our driveway next.
