Disappointed, bought a new petrol rotavator with full machine assembly, setup and shipped on a pallet. Double checked oil level which was correct, double checked handle fasteners all good. Used the machine for around 4 hours over two days and discover tyre valve ripped off one wheel and tge other tyre flat.
Reached out via the contact us on the website and heard zilch back.

Awful company
I orderd an echo brust cutter, they sent the first one it was completely the wrong machine! I was then asked to whats app photos and wait for a response it took them over 3 days and it took me to contact them to chase up what was going on, they finnaly responded and took the wrong one back, they finnaly sent me the correct one that was delivered on monday, there was a piece broken on it so I rang back and was told to send a photo again to the whats app and wait for a response its now Thursday and ive still not had a response and ive got a machine with broken parts,
Happy to take your money but not resolve issues!!!
Will never ever use them again
Ordered, delivered quickly, esdy to sssemble with good instructions as comes boxed, batteries charged easily snd now had 2 full cuts of a large garden. Batteries lasted well but now fully discharged. Recharge took 45 -55 mins approx from empty. Big collection holder means only a few trips to compost heap. Im delighted with the machine and as i can charge cheaply with octopus and solar PV its low running costs- no petrol needed.
The item was well priced but I was unable to return as i hadn’t retained the packaging. This was explained in the long and prescriptive terms under a sub section. These machines are cheap and poorly designed. The height adjustment lever keeps jumping out to the lowest setting. The engine seems robust. I had no correspondence from several emails, I’m selling the machine, if I can.
Ordered a mower from Compass, very good price, quality and delivery.
Easy to put together, basically attach the handle and grass box, and off you go.
Easy to use and control, does the job.
I'm thinking about possibly buying the cordless hedge trimmer from them that goes with this mower in the future
I needed a small sit in mower and after looking at the market the Spectrum 24-4 fitted the bill.
After a fast delivery 2 days and an easy build and fuel up, it started first time.
Now after three mows, I'm very satisfied with the quality and build, the grass cut is very good and easy load off of cuttings.
Manoeuvrability is very good and cuts and picks up everything in front of it.
Paid almost 3 weeks ago. Bought an "in stock" product. 3 WEEKS LATER - no product, £300 out of pocket, no response despite various emails. AVOID this shambles like the plague! AWFUL service and non-existent customer support. Looks like this will end up a charge back. Wish I had read the reviews!!
