this was our first time with Community Animal Hospital’s. From the moment we walked in to a very spacious and clean area, which was nice for socializing or having our own space. The front desk was very warm and friendly and our technician Michael, And our veterinarian Leslie were so Knowledgeable and ,thorough and informative, And giving options for other procedures that might be in the future… they were wonderful and very kind and gentle and handling Buddie. I Definitely recommend Community Animal Hospital’s
Our little Yorkie was 10 years old when a tumor was found on his spleen two years ago. He had a splenectomy and we still have him today and he is healthy thanks to the great care he received.
We brought in our senior dog Bentley today and let me tell the service we received was exceptional!!!! They went above and beyond for our furbaby & I will forever be greatful to Dr. Santiago, Olivia and The WHOLE Staff were AWESOME!!!! They treated my baby like he was their own!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

My dog gave birth to one puppy 2 days prior to needing help. The event was going south real fast, her labor stopped with possible 2 other pups unborn. Out of despair I went to this place. It was close, it was a hospital, and open.
My dog is dischargeing goey,black-red, fluid with the most nauseating oder. I don't need to go college to determine that a pup is stuck in the birth canal, the Vet says " a foreign object". His exam consisted of putting a mussle on her, squeezing her abdomen, listen to her heart. Leaves to make a plan for exrays, and do a C- section to remove the "object". NOPE, now it's talk money time. I don't have anything to put up, the assistant says I would have to put something towards the bill when I come to pick up my dog after the surgery. I got upset, she left, came back a minute later and informed me that they were not able to help me and advised me to seek charities for financial assistance! What half-baked, money hungry, nitwit of a Vet allows a dog to continue to carry dead pups inside of her while they are poisoning her body! A cold, heartless, Veterinarian (probably an online degree) here. I had to leave with my dog desperately needing medical, life saving, attention at a Animal Hospital for Christ sake due to not giving them money. This guy refused treatment for my dog, dismissed us, didn't even come back into the room and lie himself had the airhead assistant bareface lie to me. Sorry people that was my first and last experience at this so called hospital. One star is over credited.

dismissed. It was a frightening situation to be in, and we understand
why you're angry.
The uncomfortable truth of the matter is that we're a privately owned
hospital, not a nonprofit, and for a surgery of that size we always
need payment arranged before we start. That isn't something we feel
good about. The staff hours, medication, and surgical supplies that go
to one patient have to be paid for and replaced before the next one
comes through the door. That's what keeps us open and staffed. Every
business has to operate that way, not only ours.
Of course, not everyone walking into a veterinary hospital has cash on
hand in an emergency. That's why we offer payment plans through
Cherry, CareCredit, and Scratchpay, and why those options were offered to you.

The veterinarian was very thorough and honest did not try to price gouge
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly
The office was very clean
The staff at the Community Pet Hospital are wonderful. Sunny has no problem going to the vet and even if she gets a little nervous about something it is handled beautifully. They truly do care about your pet.
My cat was returned to me after lab work full of urine and feces. I wonder what they did to him because I've taken him before to other vets with no problem. Talked to the vet about it and she was rude on the phone. I assume she was rough with my kitty. I changed vets immediately.

We’re sorry Fred’s visit left you upset, and we understand how concerning it is to get a pet back messy after lab work. Some cats become very stressed in the hospital and can soil a carrier when they are hard to handle safely, which makes cleanup difficult without risking bites or further stress. We’re also sorry the phone conversation felt rude. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. honestly was let down. we came in for a routine checkup and they kept us waiting almost an hour past our appointment time for no good reason.
the vet was nice enough but I felt rushed and they didnt really answer all my questions about the vaccine schedule. left feeling kinda annoyed.

We used Community while in town visiting relatives. Dr. Block and the entire staff was absolutely phenomenal in caring for my fur baby. When my other dog needed care, I made the 1 1/2 hour trek over from NFM to take her to Community. For me, it’s worth the trip to get exceptional care for my babies. Recommend them highly.
I am grateful to the team here for helping me through a difficult time with Siggi, my sixteen year old best friend dachshund. Thank you very much to everyone.
My puppy had a hematoma in her ear. The dr took care of it with out any problems. The vet techs are all very nice.
