Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living Reviews

Cody patiently covered options for my unusual backyard situation. Although there's lots of space, we had to account for an large septic field. He came up with a natural outdoor area that we will enjoy entertaining on. In addition, his crew worked tirelessly in sweltering heat and left the area clean. Cody checked in on-site often to oversee the project. I'd happily recommend Comeyer!

Outstanding job! Cody (owner) and his entire team were very easy and laid back to work with, making the whole process stress-free. Our patio looks brand new after the joint re-sanding. The team arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned out the old debris, and applied the sand and seal perfectly. Highly recommend their professional services!

My wife and I are very pleased with the patio that Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living created for us. Cody is quite adept at design. The persons who installed the patio were skilled and efficient. Cleanup was thorough. It was a good experience and we would do it again. Very happy. ...followup... The patio is now two years old. It has held up very well. Everything is as good today as the day it was installed, which was very good. We remain very happy with the workmanship and the materials used. Would do it again.

Cody and crew are awesome. They keep you in the loop on the progress of the project and work to ensure you're happy with the outcome. I had a terrible drainage situation and he came up with a fantastic solution that looks pretty. He also installed two walkways and firepit with seating. We just love it. I highly recommend them for any outdoor living wants/needs you have!

Cody and his crew have been outstanding! We had a fairly large project and they completed all in a timely manner. Any issues that occurred during construction were immediately taken care of. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up daily. Very pleased with the outcome, and we are discussing a couple more projects now!

We were in a unique situation after initially hiring another landscaping company for a full backyard renovation. Just three days into the project, we noticed major red flags and stopped all work — leaving us with a muddy mess in our backyard. My husband and I quickly scrambled to find a reputable, honest contractor, and Cody and his team came highly recommended. Cody truly moved mountains in his schedule to fit us in so we wouldn’t be stuck with a mud pit all winter. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative and straightforward — something we hadn’t experienced before. He and his team are hardworking, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. The final result is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Cody made sure every detail was perfect before wrapping up the job. We are so impressed with the Comeyer crew and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I want to speak for a minute on our experience with Comeyer Designed Living. From the very onset, they walked with us in our vision and made it come true. Truly a professional company who gives you what you want and how you want it. Cody and his team are real professionals. The way he pays close attention to details is remarkable. Cody and the guys turned my yard from simple into extraordinary. The work speaks for itself. It was a pleasure to work with someone who takes their craft so seriously. Me and my family are spending way more time together in our back yard hanging out. Comeyer Designed are hands on builders and very knowledgeable. From start to finish, they kept us very educated and informed about the entire process. 5 stars is not enough!

Cody and Jessica were so easy to communicate with. Cody understood my vision of wanting masonry stones around my front yard landscaped area and made great suggestions to help complete that vision. He sent a fantastic crew over and they completed the job beautifully. I wanted a couple of the stones replaced and Cody sent a crew member back to do just that and the final result looked great! Another crew member even came back and power washed my sidewalk, driveway area and front street as part of their cleanup process! My neighbors have asked for their business card!

Recently had Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living install pavers, knee wall, fire pit and lighting around our pool. It came out spectacular. Exactly what we wanted. Their crew took special care to protect our existing lawn during construction and made sure the site was kept clean of debris and construction waste every evening. They pay particular attention to detail which can be seen in the finished site. Overall a great job.

Absolutely amazing job by the Comeyer team! The level of detail that went into our patio is truly impressive. Cody, Jessica, and team were able to give us helpful suggestions along the way which made this process smooth and simple. Most importantly, we had somewhat of a rushed timeline and they were able to accommodate us and meet our target deadline without any delay. The patio is reasonably priced and when you pair it with the professionalism and expertise that we witnessed, going with their company should be a no brainer. Would 100% use them again.

My experience with Cody, Jessica and the Comeyer team was great. My patio is the talk of anyone passing by! I had a few other offers that were lower but I saw how passionate Cody was about what he does and I sensed his honesty and integrity. They were done in 3 days and without any issues. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve the look and value of their property. Thanks Cody!

I decided to stay local and I am so glad I did. I had no idea who or what this company was about, but I picked up the phone and it was a great conversation. After the conversation concluded about the project, it was a no brainier that this company had earned our business. This combined crew was amazing, they provided the absolute best customer experience throughout the project period. Cody and Brandon were at my house everyday to over see my patio installation and always asked if there was anything that we needed. Their team was amazing and very detailed in their craft. They kept the area neat, they're focused in their job, and always cleaned at the end of the day, no damage...AWESOME job! In the end, the patio was better and bigger than what i had visioned. My wife and I are ecstatic that we went with Comeyer. Five stars are not enough. Call Cody, you won't be disappointed!!
