Combat Pest control came in for a preventative pest control service for my business and I cannot be happier with the service I received from Combat pest control. The communication was excellent, Kane showed up early when I said I was available before the scheduled time, the process was seamless and Kane showed expertise and confidence in what he did. We’ve used Combat Pest Control every year for the past few years, booking them in around October or November before the warm weather arrives. They do an excellent job keeping those pesky Gisborne cockroaches out of our home all summer. The workers are friendly and efficient, and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Great team and prompt service. Highly recommended. Have used them again more recently for multi-treatment - same great efficient service. Graeme was brilliant - provided informed, helpful advice. Excellent communications and reporting. Have used others in the past but they are the best.

Super friendly, understanding, efficient and good sense of humour made me feel totally at ease to let him get on with the job at hand. And the results, in our case ants was near on immediate! Brilliant!! Can’t recommend more highly and I don’t praise if it’s not deserved -
So if you have a pest problem- I would hesitate in calling these guys in!!

I cannot recommend Combat Pest Control highly enough. The team are highly professional, understanding of the stress caused by unwanted “guests” and dedicated to their removal from your home. Their prices are very reasonable also. I am beyond grateful for their services and will absolutely use them again should the need arise in the future.

Kane was exceptional. Very professional, great communication but most importantly patient. Answered every question/concern we had and explained it in a way that we understood. Even when my young daughter made no sense, he entertained and explained at a level that even she could understand. Most professionals (of any industry) would likely ignore or not even acknowledge. Nic was incredibly responsive. I booked a rodent control session in the morning, and Graeme arrived shortly after lunch the same day.
Graeme demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine passion for his work. He was friendly, respectful, and thorough throughout the entire process. He carried out a detailed inspection and took extra care to ensure the safety of our dog, even triple-checking that all bait placements were inaccessible to pets.
Today was our treatment day, and we're now looking forward to seeing the results. Based on the service we've received so far, I'm very impressed and highly recommend the team.
