Second time we have used Combat Pest Control NZ (last time was 5 years ago!?)
Both times their online booking system has been SO easy to use. Graeme shows up on time is always so polite and kind. Gets straight in to investigating your concerns, communicates clearly what traps/baits ect he has used as a result AND provides easy/cost effective ways to help reduce the reoccurance of pests (in our case, rats/mice). Highly recommend Combat Pest Control NZ, well worth it everytime!
I have been trying to tame a wild cat for over a year and finally managed to get her to come inside to eat however she also brought in a few flea friends. Nic did an amazing job of getting rid of the visitors for me. Combat is always my first point of call. Nic always explains what the process will be and does a great job. Thank you so much

Nic and Graeme were professional, thorough, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently while keeping everything tidy.

After my terrible night with a crazy mouse in the house, seemingly unafraid of us, I made an appointment with Combat Pest Control. Graeme showed up to help the next day, and set (dog friendly) bait stations up in the house and one outside. He reassured us that the rodent(s) should be taken care of within a few days and to call them if we have any issues. He seemed to know his job very well and I feel confident that the situation is sorted. Their online system is very user friendly, I recommend Combat 100%.

Graeme was amazing. He was running early so gave me a call and asked if he could arrive early he then clearly explain what he would be doing and answered my questions. We called combat thinking we had bed bugs, but they assured us it was fleas. Graeme was super friendly and really helpful when he came to do the flea control. The team at Combat were super knowledgeable.
