We went here to pick up tickets that were booked through an agency. The attendant was quick and friendly but failed to mention that we were given tickets for a different time than we had booked. Also, a tour guide and her group were blocking the door both going in and out, being very rude when asked to move so we could… literally just go through the door?

The tour company was friendly and helpful. They provided good information including how the weather could impact our tour. We took a Tuktuk tour which was ideal for those with limited mobility. Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. I fully recommend it. Seville is one of the most beautiful places we have visited.

Estoy muy agradecido por ‪Andrea, hizo muy buenas coordinaciones para que yo pudiera asistir al show de flamenco, considerando que tenía poco tiempo y avisé sobre la hora. El show me gustó, aunque extrañé una interacción con los artistas, por ejemplo, con alguna explicación sobre la historia del flamenco o sobre la estructura de la musicalidad. Aún así fue entretenido.

This tour company is very helpful, knowledgeable and has reasonably priced tours. We booked a day trip from Seville to Cordoba via this company. A young lady named Maysa was very informative and professional, and answered all our questions. She told us our tour guide would be Andrea for the trip. Andrea was very good and made the trip a memorable day despite the heavy rain we experienced on 29th October but me and friend loved the visit of Carmona and Cordoba. We also returned to this tourist office the following day as we had a bad experience with the security woman for our visit to Giralda cathedral, which was booked externally, but the kind young lady on 30th October helped to sort the problem out for us. I would definitely use this tourist information company to book excursions again. Tia B
