Place is always busy with people who have appointments and also walk-ins who need medical exams and respiratory help. Large waiting room. Germ and air cleaners keep everyone safe. Their call center does not direct you to any source of help if you need it. You need to show up at their offices to get anything done.
An extremely productive and informative meeting. Things were explained so that we were able to understand. Compassion and empathy were also experienced.

Everyone in the office was so kind - 3 people said goodbye to me in unison! Emily Rauchut was very informative about my test results. She was patient with all of my questions and took time to answer all of them in detail. She even let me borrow her pen so I could take notes. She walked me through two prescription options, then gave me a prescription that immediately resolved the terribly itchy and pervasive hives I’ve been dealing with for months!

Would give a zero if I could. I am absolutely livid. They dont care about the kids. We had no choice but to make an appointment SIX MONTHS OUT to see if this constant cough could be allergies. Since then, we lost our insurance (twice) and cant afford the testing, which STARTS at 350 dollars just to be seen. I cant afford insurance, and you think I can do THAT out of pocket??? We were supposed to be on a call list if ANYONE CANCELLED IN THOSE SIX MONTHS. Not a single one, really?? Because we can afford rent now, we dont qualify for Medicaid, but definitely cant go on paying any of the assisted options, which start at 300/month PLUS another 2k at the end of the year. People should care about kids, not drop them into a beauracratic cesspit to drown. A simple allergy test is all we needed. I would very much like to curse, but this app thinks cursing is a no no booboo ouchie bad.

Visited to have Dr Gallagher clean my wife's right ear. Her ear surgery 60 yrs ago left a problem area. He gently cleaned the problem ea situation fraught with the possibility of pain.
Kathy has Alzheimers and it makes treating her like handling a fearful two year old. A 145 Lb 2 year old. His nurse helped a lot too. Great 1 visit instead of 3.

The surgery team was spectacular!
I asked for a foot massage as a distraction, but they did not have time… glad Dr Keller did not wear an alien mask when he started gently pushing the pain relief meds on gauze up my nasal passage.
Treatment was completed with great fun and patience for the patients who bring their own humor. Call here first for any ENT needs!

My provider was NP TAYLOR THOMAS I left this appointment feeling extremely dismissed and unheard. I came in genuinely unwell and looking for help, and instead left feeling uncomfortable even advocating for myself.
Despite continuing to experience severe symptoms including a very sore/red throat, mucus/postnasal drainage, weakness, and ongoing discomfort, my concerns were repeatedly brushed off throughout the visit. The clear CT scan was used as justification to dismiss how sick I still felt rather than discussing reasonable next steps or follow-up care.
I simply requested basic follow-up lab work such as a CBC and inflammation markers due to ongoing symptoms and was told “that’s not something we do” and to contact my PCP. While I understand specialists may defer certain testing to primary care, the way it was communicated felt cold, dismissive, and lacking compassion.
The bedside manner from NP Taylor Thomas and an older nurse with graying blonde hair during my May 26, 2026 visit made me feel like I was inconveniencing them simply for asking questions and trying to advocate for myself. Patients deserve to feel listened to and treated respectfully, especially when they are clearly unwell and seeking answers.
I do want to clarify that my issue was not with the clinic as a whole, and I would still be willing to continue care there with a different provider in the future. However, this particular experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared honestly.
