I was a patient of Paul Clusker many years ago and I have referred people to his service over the years, as an occupational health professional . I attended myself for assessment with Ayesha and again today for treatment. I was warmly welcomed on arrival and the the assessment was undertaken and fully explained the diagnosis . I then attended for first treatment and acupuncture. I would recommend the service and look forward to my ongoing treatments..

Absolutely brilliant - couldn't recommend them more! We took our 10-year-old son to see Rasti at the Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic and honestly, I can't praise him, enough. Rasti was absolutely amazing with our boy - so kind and gentle, and you could tell he genuinely cared. He has this lovely way of making kids feel comfortable, which as any parent knows, isn't always easy! Even though we'd just been to an outpatient appointment the day before, Rasti picked up on something and advised us to go back to the hospital. I'm so glad we listened to him - it made such a difference to our son's diagnosis. But what really blew us away was the follow-up care. They actually sent our son a lovely get-well card and emailed to check how he was doing. Dawn and the whole team there are fantastic too. The whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. If you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff but also genuinely cares about their patients, look no further.

Amazing staff, very polite and very professional, I had a lower back issue, after the first couple of meetings with Rastivlav I was moving more freely, I now have one meeting a month and keep up with my exercises he has asked me to do, and all is going amazing. Cannot thank them enough.

Expert knowledge. Bespoke massage for exactly what you need. Then they stick the needles in your back - no you don't feel them. A pin prick occasionally. Then a final massage. Can't rate them high enough 10/10 They unlock what needs to be unlocked without hurting you!

Daniela is absolutely fantastic, I have been seeing her for the last 2-3 months after lots of WFH and desk sitting and my mobility and my movement is hugely improved. She always provides excellent advice and support, I've been able to get back into a routine with exercise, lose some weight and regain mobility lost through long periods of sitting down. I have so much more energy, I couldn't recommend Daniela enough. Always willing to answer my questions and give encouraging advice.

The staff at the Back and Acupuncture Clinic are caring, professional and very friendly. I have had EXCELLENT TREATMENT from the clinic, before my treatment I was in so much pain, I had injured my left ankle and right knee and as a result other parts of my body were hurting (back and both knees) the pain was awful, going up and down stairs and even walking was just so painful. I was recommended to the Back & Acupuncture Clinic, at first I was very sceptical but there was no need, I met Rastislav the acupuncturist who is amazing he went into great depth telling me all about the plan and the manipulation and the acupuncture, now just eight weeks later I am pain free, I am so much more comfortable, I can walk for miles, stand, sit even exercise PAIN FREE, THANK YOU Rastislav and the rest of the staff. 😊

I went to the Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic with foot and back pain. I have had three treatments so far, Daniela is wonderful, she has listened to my concerns and devised a treatment plan for me. I am more mobile and able to walk a fair distance again and my posture is improving with exercises. I can highly recommend the clinic. All members of staff and warm and welcoming.

I first visited the practice at the beginning of December 2024 for chronic back pain. I was seen by Edmund on the Monday for assessment, and then seen the next day, where a treatment plan was explained, and my treatment began. I am very pleased with my progress and am now able to walk, line dance and enjoy life again. Edmund is kind and compassionate, and always listens to any concerns i may have. Thank you to everyone including the admin staff who are always kind and friendly.

Daniela has transformed my life. Before my treatment I was unable to walk, sit or sleep because of the pain in my hip. I genuinely thought I would need a hip replacement. I can't praise Daniela enough.
