Just returned from a very enjoyable week's holiday we were in room 920 a bit dated but very clean and beds were comfortable and clean the staff from reception very helpful and so was all staff from bars and restaurant the entertainment staff was amazing spoke English and French so everyone was included and you were always asked to join in if you wanted to the food was amazing plenty of choice and hot something for all don't be put off with all the bad reviews go with an open mind as you are not treated any differently to any other nationality we hope to return in the very near future

Nice place, keep really clean, food was good, only 25 minutes to the city, saff were helpful , suppose to be fully inclusive, but you have to pay if you want a cocktail 🍸. If you go on a trip they cater more to the French, speaking all in French

Regarding the drinks, our All-Inclusive package includes a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while certain cocktails and premium or imported beverages are available at an additional charge. Entertainment team bang on. Quite a few bar staff have attitude and are a bit splash bang. Great facilities. Clean. Drainage needs addressing. Small details in rooms need sorting and we couldnt get english speaking tv. I would still recommend a stay as these can all be sorted

We are on day 5 of a 7 day stay here and can honestly say our experience is nothing like some of the reviews I’ve read. The staff have been absolutely lovely, polite and really do want to help. Yes - there are a lot of French people here and some language barriers but we’ve found a bit of sign language works a trick! Food is amazing - so much choice! Obviously no full English breakfast available (and don’t expect it) but the buffet choices are superb.
We’re 2 women in our mid 50’s and have been into Marrakesh on the bus and felt perfectly safe. Be polite when saying ‘no’ and you get respect back. We genuinely are sad we’re going home soon so as long as you are happy to embrace the culture I’m sure you’ll have a great time just like we have. Entertainment (both day and night) has been great and the whole team try really hard to make sure you have the best time.

Très déçus de notre séjour dans ce club. La nourriture était vraiment décevante : aucun goût, peu de variété et pratiquement toujours les mêmes plats.
Les chambres étaient sales et le ménage laissait beaucoup à désirer. Lorsque nous avons fait la remarque aux femmes de chambre, la réponse était simplement qu’elles ne faisaient que remplacer leur collègue.
La présence de chiens errants dans le club est également très désagréable et donne une mauvaise impression.
Enfin, nous avons appris qu’une piscine qui était auparavant gratuite est désormais payante, ce qui est assez décevant lorsque l’on réserve un séjour dans un club en pensant que ces services sont inclus.
Dans l’ensemble, une expérience décevante et qui ne correspond pas au niveau de service que nous espérions.

Very disappointing experience at Valeria Dar Atlas Resort. Poor hygiene and cleanliness—the room smelled badly and had dust everywhere when we arrived. Reception service was also very poor. We asked for water and were told someone would bring it, but after waiting an hour, nobody came. The food was also very disappointing. Overall, poor service, poor management and not the experience we expected from a resort.
