In many years of dealing with customer service representatives (or any other positions within companies) helping me by phone, there have been a few great ones, but most are just ok, and some are not really helpful, or can't even be understood and they can't understand me... or they aren't interested in the details of my issues and rush me or cut me off, thinking that they know what I need.
This was definitely not the case with Shane at ClearStartTax. He was so expert that I assumed he may be one of their CPA's, though he isn't. He very patiently listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very calm, spoke reassuringly and very clearly, not rushing through a 'sales pitch' so that, like so many, his words wouldn't have been understood fully. This was not a problem for Shane.
I can't recommend Shane highly enough, and if you have an option to request talking with him specifically, I would suggest that you try to do that. Thank you, Shane.
