Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Caitlin was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly and never made me feel pressured into making a decision.
The installation of the Sigenergy battery and additional solar was also handled professionally. The installers did a great job, were tidy, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was set up and working properly.
A big thanks to Caitlin and the installation team for making the whole process easy. Very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at solar or battery storage.

We’ve just had a solar system installed by Clean Power Australia. We did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions, and Caitlin was fantastic throughout. She was very responsive, professional and never pushy, and she answered every question promptly and clearly. Salesperson Daniel was fantastic. Lots of helpful info and worked hard to asnwer questions and resolve issues. 5/5, would buy again.
I have a not-yet-resolved problem with the Sigenergy inverter being ultra loud (avg 57dB+) at low temperatures (sometimes as low as mid 30s) at all hours of the day (heard it starting up past 12AM).
No options in the app to control the fan at all, and there's no fan curve. It's either off or at 80% speed. No in between. This seems to be a Sig product problem rather than a Clean Power Australia problem. Clean Power is being helpful in trying to get it resolved.
If it isn't resolved, I'm faced with having to pay likely thousands of dollars to put up an enclosure that will deal with the sound. It's a high pitched oscillating noise of a fan at high speed, so I can hear it through my closed window and it causes stress in my ear. I'm starting to hear it even when it's not on. I can't imagine how my neighbours must be feeling.
One star reduced because the installer left one of my tiles completely removed and two shifted in place, which I didn't know until weeks later when I heard a possum in my ceiling late at night. Found a few broken and sealed tiles, too.
The tile issue has since been addressed by Clean Power, but it has caused me to doubt everything and need to double check and photograph everything. This may be considered common sense to some but the reason I pay to get work done is to trust that the work is done properly. I shouldn't have to double check. I don't double check my car after getting it serviced.
Overall satisfied, pending the result of the noise issue. Once the case around fan noise is closed, my review of Clean Power is likely to change to 4/5. I would buy from them again for the right price.
My only regret is that I didn't just bite the bullet and buy a full stack of 6 modules when I could. Oh well.
I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell.
Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge.
Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company.
I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service
We made the move towards solar with Clean Power Energy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the very beginning, Teegan was fantastic. She took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process without ever making it feel complicated or overwhelming.
Second time with Clean Power Australia. This time added a third battery pack. Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan.
Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly.
System working well.

Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power. cannot fault the company. The techs are great too. Polite, delightful lads who cleaned up properly.
