Green 2 Crystal came out to replace our very old pool motor that was on its last leg. Curtis was the tech that helped us out. What a professional! Super nice and he handled the project exceptionally well. The new pool motor / pump assembly look great, the system runs very well, and it's so quite. Excellent job, and highly recommended!

I called to get an estimate on a pump repair. I knew the condition of the pool because the pump is broken. They come up with an estimate of $6250.00 and didn't even estimate the pump repair just brand new equipment. We wanted a quick 6 month solution til we remodel the pool. He gets on the phone and tells me this is his professional recommendation, what a joke. Got charged a $125 service fee for a few pics of my pool (that I see everyday) and an estimate that didn't include my only request. Horrible customer service too. Got my number wrong the 1st say the 2nd day said that they send me a txt to confirm the appointment which they never sent. It seems that's their catch charge you for an estimate so you feel obligated to use their service so you don't lose $125. Definitely sales pitch kind of business.

When our technician evaluated the pool, he found the equipment to be in poor condition and provided estimates based on what he felt was needed to properly get the pool back up and running.
We also want to clarify that the $125 service fee is not a sales tactic. Service and diagnostic fees are standard practice for many companies and cover the technician’s time to travel to the property, inspect the equipment, and provide a professional assessment.

I highly recommend Green 2 Crystal Clear pools. I was going through my warranty and they sent Steven over and he did an amazing job getting our pool back in shape and even going the extra mile and fillng up my pool for me. Great work Steven!!!

110% recommendation for Crystal Clear Pools with a gentleman named Steven came out to work on my POOL explained everything regarding the pressure and issues I was having with a great personality great attitude answered all my questions and was not in a hurry. Service was requested thru my home warranty provider. Extremely quick to come and fix the issue with my filter. I placed the call and they called me the next day and I was the first job the following day. A few days following the repair, I tried to contact the company directly about a different pool issue. I left a very detailed message on the voicemail with my name, callback number, address, and never got a response...Great service the first visit, friendly repairman, but a little disappointed I couldn't do more business with them. I have since moved on to another company.
